Pandora

I subscribed to Lumosity but was unable to access the games. Kept getting msg that I was not a member. However, my Discover was charged $59.95. I called the Lumosity phone listed and got an automated msg referring me to the online site. I went online and filed my complaint and got no reply. So I called again, and again, and again... automated phone msg each time referring me to the website. All of this time, months, I am unable to get into the games... getting the same message that I am not a member. Finally I email Lumosity stating that I will be appealing the charge to Disco ver. Magic... I get three replies in 2 days. The first states that I cannot be found as a paying member. I send the information to them with a copy of the Discover charge. I asked for cancellation and a refund. The reply from Lumosity was that my 30 days was up and I could not be refunded. Never mind that I had not been able to access the games! Discover accepted the dispute and told me that they receive many complaints from Lumosity customers. Discover also suggested that I contact my attorney general and the Calif attorney general about this, which I intend to do tomorrow. This company is inaccessible because they want to be! Yos maybe there are other sites I dont know of but pandora is very nice. Free music and once you pick a group they play them and others like it. Then they call them your stations and are saved for you. There is a new feature I dont care for, it asks if your still listening and stops music till you respond. So if your listening and also maybe repairing something in yourhome you have to stop and respond or no music. But it is free and maybe people left on using bandwith or something. And they do have comertials sorry my spelling. Anyway they are ok mot to interuptive. So for me there very good and Illcheck back to see if others sugest different. Thanks Tony

I'm not sure how Pandora got such a high rating, to be blunt. I have used Pandora for several years and am very disappointed in the current status. I am pretty much an eclectic listener and today I opted for some banjo music. I was seeking a station. After aproximately twenty attempts (no, I am not exaggerating), I could not find one "banjo, instrumental" station that played traditional banjo music. I heard some bluegrass, but there is more to banjo than just bluegrass. Be that as it may, it is not the issue. I heard Oriental, punk, industrial, rock - everything else but what my search requested.

I am currently a "free" subscriber. I previously was a paying listener but Google screwed up my subscription parms for many apps and I have not taken the time to upgrade again to Pandora, directly. And I won't. I have had this issue with many other genres as Pandora crosses the line for suggestions, offering music that were not even close to the stations I selected.

I don't know about everyone else, but I am through with Pandora. It is more frustrating than entertaining, for me.

I am still baffled how Pandora maintains such a high review factor! Yowsers! Is it because I am not a premium user? Well, if that is the case, that policy won't win me over to pay again. Maybe I am just in another world (one where I receive that which I requested)!

I have been a proud member of listening to Pandora music both for free and monthly payments for over a decade till now 2019.

I recently left San Francisco for few reasons. One is because working at St. Anthony Foundation where Franciscans were adamant to turn me one of them. Second issue was working working for Senator Leno against now Mayor London Breed who is well connected to Now Governor Newsom whose wife is in the movie industry.

So I left California as I am as well an aspiring Screenwriter. After publishing my first book and written a couple features all were discredited since all members mentioned above pushed thr envelop for me to be a part of the catholic church disregarding my dreams and aspirations to continue writing for the big screen.

Now as a proud member of Pandora listening club I am disgusted that Pandora been in the East Bay where I also lived in Berkeley to compromise the pleasure of listening to music by purposely stop every song I'm listening to in the middle of the song so I cant enjoy listening to music. Sprint advised me to call Pandora Technical support at *******100.
