Yes, the new format sucks. Bring back the old one. You get something that works, and then think you've made it better and you havn''t. And now, the music plays for a song and then stops. And sometimes it won't start up again until I switch to a different artist (a different station). What's up with that? And, it's impossible to get a hold of a human being.
