I've used this company for a few years now. I like that they have a local website too but I often order direct from China. Fast shipping. Supplies have always been great value. I've ordered many times over the years and customer services have always swiftly dealt with enquiries. Never taking more then a few days to reply. I always get what I order and if it's out of stock I either get refunded or can choose another product. I don't have anything bad to say about panda hall.

I have ordered from Panda Hall on numerous occasions and their products have always been of good quality. I've never had a single problem with any of the items I've ordered. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to the USA. They are well worth the wait.

The worst site ever to buy from I had big issue to track my order and when it's arrived Nothing is matched from color and the amount of the product I'm advising you stay a way from them and save your money and headache.

I Am from new zealand and bought dozens of products and i have probably only looked at 10% of what they offer! Just a massive array o crafts and just about anything. I keep going back and telling myself i dont need that but would love it. Got to slown or run out of money. Always friendly and easy to trade with. I bought few things from Pandahall and I have nothing to complain. They were exactly like in the picture, some even better. The delivery was in time. The package was well packed, nothing damaged. Great prices, I think Pandahall has the cheapest prices compared with other shops, but the delivery it's a bit pricy. I even got e very nice free gift I was at the beginning skeptical about ordering, but I'm glad I did it. They are trustworthy and you will get your order

I like to buy my gemstone beads from Pandahall. They are honest about which stones are natural, dyed or heat treated. This is very important to me. They are also very clear about the metal content of their chains and findings. Customer service is very responsive and helpful

I must find 50 words to say I'm a PandaHall really happy consumer. Everything was perfect for each order: the large choice for each kind of products on the site, the large choice for transport and shipping delays, the choice for payment methods (my favorite is PayPal).
The good information at the good time before the order confirmation is perfect too: I can easily compare my basket with or without some products. I just uncheck some of them on the list to have the total price, with shipping coast (automatically calculated). The unchecked products can be rechecked as you want.
The received package is always perfect.
The consumer service is really good.
Products quality is always a good surprise.

Even through all this world turmoil they have sourced my items and delivered fast all the way to me in Melbourne Australia. Any questions I ask are always promptly answered by the lovely Penny. It is far cheaper for me to purchas ein bulk than bother with mixed sellers on other websites. I get exactly what I'm looking for.

Pandahall has been my main beading supply online store since 2014. I have filled over 96 orders with them. Within these orders, there was only one time a very light order that has gotten misplaced and Pandahall made the full replacement and resent the order. Overall, the customer service is very prompt, they are working even weekends to return you a reply and are very helpful. They are processing the orders very fast, if you choose items that can be processed in 3 days and they have them already in stock. I love Panda Hall. They have tones of great items, at reasonable prices and sometimes great sales too. Also customer service is fast and efficient. If anything was wrong they did their best to make it right. Sometimes dispatch can be slow though - but I order well in advance and I am never in a rush.
