I've purchased from multiple places jewelry to use with my acrylic pours and I'm more than pleased with the quality and selection that Panda Hall has. Yes shipping is high but divide it out and add to the cost of the items and for most items I think they are much less than other sites. I've ordered twice. One Order cane in ten days and the other seven. Everything was packed very well where items would not move. I will order again.

I sell handmade goods on both Etsy and Amazon. I use their beads and charms to make ceiling fan/light pull chains, Christmas ornaments and rear view mirror hanging ornaments. I have been a customer of PandaHall for many years. All of the products I have ordered from them have been very high quality, my customers all say that the chains I use in my designs are excellent. Customer service is always great and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Orders are shipped very quickly and don't take too long to reach me in the UK. An excellent company who I will continue to use.

I love this place. Their website is very descriptive and all of the products have always been exactly as ordered. The prices are amazing. Shipping adds a bit to the price (they are in China, after all) but I've still never found better prices anywhere else. Again, because they are in China, it takes a few weeks to finally get your shipment but they are very transparent about packing and shipping times on the front end. Overall, all of my experiences with PandaHall have been amazing. AND they just opened a US warehouse! They don't have quite the stock as the Chinese warehouse but for basics, this will definitely be my new go-to.

I have made two separate orders from PandaHall and each time I received quality products in great condition. My orders had multiple pieces of the same product and each was well made with minimal and acceptable defects; which incidentally made my finished product uniquely beautiful. When ordering multiples from other business, I have experienced many broken or inferior products and had to accept the loss. My PandaHall products arrived sooner than expected with the box and each package carefully wrapped to protect my goods. I will definitely order again as I am a very satisfied customer!
