I have been buying from PandaHall since February 2019 and so far I have ordered over £700 value of products. My experience has been very positive. They have a wide range of products and shipping options to choose from. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days and I usually receive the items in 10-12 days (this depends on which shipping method you choose). This is much faster than other Chinese selling platforms that I have tried. The overall quality of services has been consistent and reliable, so highly recommended.

I am so impressed with the huge selection at Panda Hall. Great prices, especially the sales! And always ahead of the trends. Customer Service is also very good. And even with the Pandemic the last order I placed was Dec 22 and I received it in 5 days! My US suppliers aren't that fast! I recommend Panda Hall... just looking thru the website always gives me new ideas too!

I have made two separate orders from PandaHall and each time I received quality products in great condition. My orders had multiple pieces of the same product and each was well made with minimal and acceptable defects; which incidentally made my finished product uniquely beautiful. When ordering multiples from other business, I have experienced many broken or inferior products and had to accept the loss. My PandaHall products arrived sooner than expected with the box and each package carefully wrapped to protect my goods. I will definitely order again as I am a very satisfied customer! Additionally... they have some great stuff at great prices!

I have a small company in Canada, thank pandahall for offering me nice and affordable beading accessories, sometimes there is color difference from batch to batch, understand it is very hard to control, but still hope their factories can control it more strictly in the future. The shipping cost is a little expensive; if they have a shop in Canada will be perfect, I will place a new order soon, hope the products are as beautiful as last time.

I am a small business owner in Arizona. I reluctantly ordered small quantities to see the quality and delivery time of the items I ordered. About 68 different products. I ordered on a Saturday and I received from CHINA to ARIZONA within 5 days! I was pleasantly surprised and so pleased with this company! I am getting ready to place a second order because they are very quick and the items I ordered were just what I expected. Wonderful communication as well and their website is so customer friendly. I enjoy my purchases from Pandahall, years now, as they combine quality and service in very good prices. In case you want to buy a mixed lot, asked them before shipping to send you pictures from the products and in case you arent satisfied from what you saw, they remove it from your order, they refund your cash in your account and it is up to you if you keep it there for future purchases or not. The service center for any question you have responds like the next day, since we have some hours time difference and there are always polite and happy to help. I like working with them. I highly recommend Pandahall for from my experience and product quality. Make sure you will check them every month for their great sales.

We are always happy with our orders. My main business is a Reiki and Tarot practice so jewellery making is something we do on a bespoke/custom basis. Even though we don't order with high regularity, we experience excellent customer service, no issues with minimum purchasing, and high quality pieces, every time.
There was an error written in a description of a piece I ordered, and their customer service contacted me to inform me and offered solutions.

As a new customer to Pandahall, my pilot order was aimed at exploring and assessing. And I must say that my experience was wholly gratifying. The items I ordered were exactly as described, everything was exceptionally well packed and clearly marked, the preparation and delivery time was even shorter than expected. I am afraid that shopping at PansdaHall will prove addictive for me.

I honestly love pandahall. They have a wide range of items and deliver quickly. They also always some sort of sale or discount going on. I regularly buy from them for my jewellery business and I have no complaints from customers.

Waiting 25 days for my order. Wrote several e mails to them and they do not answer my e mails. They say they never got any e mails from me. Tired of spending time with a company that takes your money and is so dishonest. Order from America... at least they have a real e mail and will answer you.

I ordered satin ribbon and some magnetic clasps. Was uncertain what the quality would be for the price, but was very pleasantly surprised! The ribbon is excellent quality in a size not available other places. The magnetic clasps are so strong it is hard to get them apart without looping string through the holes. I did not need customer service but received it anyway! The shipment took about two days longer than was stated, through no fault of PandaHall (the delay was in the States); and I received emails letting me know what was going on. For the people who received their items and are complaining about the time - it is coming from China! What sense does it make to fault them for the shipping time? I will be ordering again and again.
