I have bought thousands of metal alligator clips from Pandahall. Out of 2000 per box about 50 of them are damaged. If you contact Pandahall and show them pictures of the damage they WILL refund your money for the damaged items.

I generally find Pandahall a great company with a really good customer service,

I have bought other things besides the alligator clips and have always been happy with my purchases.
