I was looking at the picture of the item as l ordered it. They are telling me that l ordered something else and are just giving me the run around. There are many reputable companies out there to deal with this is not one of them.

So far I have received the best prices for the quantity that you get at pandahall and so far as far as seed beads are concerned they are matching in quality. I wish they could come to the US!

As a new customer to Pandahall, my pilot order was aimed at exploring and assessing. And I must say that my experience was wholly gratifying. The items I ordered were exactly as described, everything was exceptionally well packed and clearly marked, the preparation and delivery time was even shorter than expected. I am afraid that shopping at PansdaHall will prove addictive for me.

What a nightmare company!
Placed an order and went through hell.
First they sent a tracking number that was fake. For many weeks I used the link to the tracking on a daily basis and it kept telling me that that package was never shipped. Package was to arrive in2 weeks, 6 weeks later still no package and no help from company, just excuses.
Package never arrived although I did get a package full of junk from china. It was not marked with the company name but with an individual's name. My guess is that they filled up an envelope to "prove" they shipped.
Then came weeks of trying to get them to refund. OMG! One excuse after the other. I finally had to seek legal help.
I have unsubscribed dozens of times. I have replied to the constant advertising emails asking to be removed. Still, they keep coming.

PandaHall is great! I get all my jewerly making supplies from pandahall. They always have the latest and newest styles everyone wants and really great prices. Only thing I will say is be careful how much you order because shipping goes by the weight of the products and that can add up real quick.
