Ordered from two different locations trying to see which was up to the standard it was a few years back. I don't know what happened but something very toxic is in the air. No friendly greeting.

Tables aren't wiped (while you wait). Food is allowed (Whitehall) to run out then the "5 minute wait" turns into 15 minutes. The atmosphere used to be positive now it's toxic.

Portions are smaller. Prices (like everything else) have crept up. Quality of food has gone way down. Ordered from the one on N. High Street. What I received was drowned in sauce. Food almost inedible. Ordered the same item from the Whitehall location. The food was undercooked. I tossed it.

Employees are unfriendly, rushed, and impolite. After multiple attempts at two different locations I've reached my tolerance. Sadly, I am abandoning my patronage of this outfit. Effective immediately I will not, under any circumstances, eat their food again even if it's offered at a discount or FREE.

Horrible treatment and amount of food. I asked for a bowl with noodles and orange chicken and got very little and I got more vegetables than noodles. Horrible and I'm never going there again

They charged us twice both by phone and card when we went and showed her the evidence she did absolutely nothing instead she was very rude and people like her shouldn't be working there!

Wrong food delievered

So I ordered Panda Express online to have food delivered to my home. $53.55 worth of food. Door dash delivered my food but it wasn't my order. They delivered a pick up order that only had $27.33 worth of food in it. I called the store to complain that I didn't receive my order. Spoke to the manager and he confirmed that my order was still sitting in the restaurant. He then told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he calls and tells me that I need to contact doordash to get my issue settled. I contacted doordash. And yes they are refunding me the total amount for my order. Yet I'm not getting my order delivered cause they said the driver marked the order as being delivered. The store screwed up giving the pick up order to be put out for delivery. I wouldn't recommend Panda or doordash for a delivery again.

I just came from the Drive thru at the Panda Express on Cedar and Dakota area. I was really surprised at the rudeness that awaited us there! My friend ordered our food and the employee kept asking her to repeat herself saying she couldn't hear her then I would say something from the passenger side and she heard me even though it wasn't pertaining to the order. My friend ordered a soda and the employee asked what kind and she said Coke then she asked if that was it and my friend said hold on and she told to move forward and when my friend tried to say something she ignored her. So at the window my friend politely asked her how her day was going and she ignored her again then she gave us 2-3 different totals for our order and my friend still trying to get her to asked her if she was having a bad day and she responded rudely so we got our food and left then realizing that she never gave us our soda! If you can't talk and treat customers well then don't be in customer service! The server's name was Chelsea!

Horrible first visit

After receiving horrible service at the restaurant where no entree but one was available and had to tell the employee multiple times the same thing while Diane stared off in space who was the girl waiting on me, I filed a complaint. Then I received an email from customer service asking how they resolved the issue yet they never called me. Horrible experience with both. They care nothing about their business. I will not recommend my company employees nor anyone else to go to any of their branches.

I just ate a beef and broccoli meal at Panda Express. I received a medium portion of fried rice, 5 small pieces of tough meat, 4 pieces of under cooked broccoli, two good spring rolls, and a small coke. It cost $12. I will never eat there again.

Very disappointed

Ordered walnut shrimp and chow mein last nite. Waited for fresh shrimp. To my dismay, got home and shrimp was doughy and not done also no honey flavor. Also the chow main was so greasy couldn't eat. Restaurant too far to return. Worst food ever.
Flushed $13 down the toilet. Never again!

WRONG ORDER

Wendy L gave me the wrong order. She mixed up the guys in front of me and swapped our order. I got a plate and got the whole thing wrong. Im upset because I wanted to eat my food.

When I went in they said welcome to Panda. But it slowly went down hill from there. They had bad attitudes after I asked is that all I will be getting for that price.? She snapped back and said yes. It was the teriyaki chicken. It looked like maybe 1/2 of a piece of chicken., you Don't get what you pay for and they are not nice people at all. THIS WAS THE YUKON STORE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Panda Express in Bryan, Texas on Harvey Mitchell Parkway. I tried to order something but was told it was no longer available nationwide (however, still on the menu board). I decided to try the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Chowmein and Rangoons. $12 for some OLD looking uncooked dark meat chicken that looked NOTHING like the menu board (I understand it won't always look like the picture). The chowmein had old noodles in it that were hard and crunchy and the rangoons were burnt. The employees always have attitude and really act like they don't want to be there. I have given this place so many chances, but today was the last straw. I've attached my food versus the menu food.

Food has changed

Panda Express food has changed. Different type oil? Different meat/protein products, i. E. faux meat, meat slime, some sort of protein powder mix? Don't know but it really tastes bad. Will have to find another source of fast meals

ON A SATURDAY AROUND 1; 30 1; 45 I went to Panda Express on 23rd TO GET A CARRY OUT. I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM TAKING THE TIME TO DO ONE OF THESE. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD GO TO THE ONE ON THE BEACH. I WAS A WAITRESS FOR 42 YRS & YOUNG GIRL THAT WAITED ON ME HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. LO- MEIN IS LIKE RUBBER. 20.00 DOWN THE DRAIN. WE THREW ARE FOOD AWAY. I WAS AT THE PANDA 2 WKS AGO ON THE BEACH & THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL & POLITE. FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO 23RD ONE. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT RESTAURANT FOOD 3 OR 4 TIMES IN MY LIFE. IT HAS TO BE HORRIBLE FOR ME TO COMPLAIN. I USUALLY STAND UP FOR HELP NO MATTER HOW BAD THEY ARE. THIS GIRL WAS WORSE THEN HORRIBLE.

NO PINEAPPLE, NO ONIONS NOT A ONE. I CAN SEE NOW WHY EVERY ONE HERE AT ST. ANDREWS DRIVES TO THE ONE ON THE BEACH. MANAGER. YOU BETTER TAKE NOTE ON WHATS GOING ON THERE. THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS GOING TO GET A LETTER. I DO NOT GO TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT TO GET INSULTED & THEN HAVE TO THROW MY FOOD AWAY. I DO HAVE MY RECEIPT. I CAN GIVE IT TO YOU BY PHONE. Horrible!

Been to three Panda Express thinking the food portions would be different which it was definitely not. It must be new guidelines or procedures but it just made it even worst. Overpriced and very little portions for any meal you order from there. The food is decent but the price and portions doesn't match. Talking about Panda Express"? Yeah right, the lines be out the door and the back up is caused cause of the workers trying to make sure they don't over serve or give you more than what it is. If you order a plate with seafood you is going to be given exactly 5 shrimps or probably even less. The chow mein is also a rip off with veggies more than noodles. For the price you guys is charging you guys sound ridiculous. A disgrace to the Asian culture and food industry.

Complaint

We order from Panda Express in Wyncote, PA every week but that location always has issues, they are always out of a lot of entrees at dinner time and if we don't watch closely the order is prepared incorrectly. My family loves Panda so we settle for what they have available but I believe we will have to find a new dinner establishment because we don't want to settle for they have any longer. I am bringing this to your attention so hopefully you can fix the issues so we can continue to enjoy you great food.
