Getting the applicator in the mail was fine. But the paint applicator does not work very well. Yu shake the applicator to get the pint mixed, press the tip on cardboard, or something to get the paint running and then the paint comes out all around the tip and big drops of paint fall on the car, where you don't want it. Also, the applicator just kinda gets paint on it from the big drops and after wiping the drops off, that left over paint is the only paint that goes where you want it. Kind of messy. I kept cleaning the tip and paint would keep running out all around the tip. Color match was good.
Product would work fine with a steadier hand than mine. As most scratch services on cars are vertical had trouble with paint running down. Gloss worked fine.

I eanted to add clear coat to my order before it shipped, but was reluctant to create new order as directed by web site. So I just let it go.

The paint sprayer is lumpy. The shade is too light than the original paint so I can't use it. This is supposed to match …the sample on the can looks fine but the paint when sprayed is very light.
