Literally takes like 2 weeks for them to ship your package and their customer service are freaking LAZY and never have I ever received a response from them. To simply this down, I will never be ordered on PacSun's website again.
I ordered 5 items from pacsuns website, 3 shirts and 2 shorts, standard shipping, 2 weeks later and they say that two of the items I ordered are no longer available, and the two shorts are the only items being shipped.
First, it took 10 days for them to even ship out my order. Once it showed delivered and it never was i contacted customer service who told me to wait 2 days as per carrier delays. I waited and contacted again and that rep told me to wait 3 MORE days. After waiting 8 days EXTRA PER carrier delays they finally told me if i want a refund i would have to file a police report. A WHOLE MONTH LATER. I had to call my bank because they would not give me my money back NOR even reship it. Let alone this was an $80 order. I chatted with customer service EVERY DAY, called and tried to speak with a supervisor, and emailed them. Not one contact back. The absolute worst customer service provided for a customer of 10+ years. And to top it all off i even contacted UPS and they said "Yeah it shows delivered, but there is only 1 item that was in the order." And i ordered 4 items! Conclusion is, if you love PACSUN I would go to the store. NEVERRRRR order offline! Worst experience i ever had.
Although I truly love Pacsun and all of their clothes, the shipping takes forever! I placed my order on the 29th of November and picked express shipping when checking out (which they claim will have my order at my door within 2-3 day). Its been 5 days and the order still hasnt even been processed, its ridiculous. I reached out to them several times and they keep pushing back the expected date of my order. The most recent expected delivery date was the December 8th (10 days after placing the order). Customer service has not been helpful at all. I should have just went to the store in person.
So I ordered 2 things on the 17th, and I never received an order confirmation. I called customer service, and they said that the order was there and had been placed. About 7 days later, they said that it was supposed to arrive on the 30th! The 30th! It was supposed to arrive around the 20th! Still have not received my order, and i am very surprised at this "company's" customer service.
Let me start with that I am YELP elite and I normally give excellent or "benefit of the doubt" reviews. PacSun however, has the most atrocious system that it almost a parody of bad customer service. What went wrong? What didn't go wrong is a better question.
--11 day shipping only to find I was sent a pair of jeans instead of the sandals I ordered.
--an "automated" I'm sorry email and assurance I would be sent the item 2 days ofter shipment (it's been longer)
-- The order DIDN'T ship for 3 days and I will have to wait at least 2 more before I get the item.
-- Summer is going to be OVER by the time I get these sandals. I ordered all of my converse shoes from Journeys after this experience and I didn't have ONE issue. Take notes PacSun, I will NEVER do business with you again.
Terrible online experience. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for two pairs of stockings. They told me they process the order and send you a confirmation email in a day. It took four days and I still had no email. When I called the woman was not helpful at all and ignored what I was saying she just kept reminding me to fill out the survey after the phonecall. She then told me that i would get my package on the 9th the earliest and the 15th the latest. It never came. When I tracked my order it said I would get it the 16th. All of this trouble for stockings, not using this site again.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend on 11/30/15 and they told me it would take 5 days they didn't send me a conformation email or tracking information. So the 7th of December came and I emailed them they told me not to worry and that it would be here in the 11th they finally sent me tracking info. Still didn't come so I called again no answer, emailed them no answer. Now when I track it it says it's coming the day before Christmas. So December 24th comes STILL no package. My boyfriends gift didn't come until today 12/28/15 so I'm calling customer service I've been on the line for 20 minutes no answer whenever I send an email they do t respond I just want my money back at this point.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. After I placed my order, I received notification that my order would be received within 10 days. I received one of the two pairs of shoes within that time frame. I waited another week just to give them some leeway. After the additional week I logged into my PacSun account and the second pair of shoes was still active as an order, but still had not been shipped. I DuckDuckgoed the telephone phone for PacSun and gave them a call. The rep told me that the second pair of shoes would be shipped soon. I waited another week and called PacSun again; the rep then told me that the second pair of shoes had been canceled without letting me know of such.
This is the most incompetent store I have ever shopped at. I tried to return an online purchase at the store (with the tags on and receipt in hand) and the sales lady said they can't do returns purchased with PayPal. So I went through the rigamarole of packaging, and shipping it back. One month later I still hadn't received my refund. When I called to inquire they said. Oops- yea we'll send it. Then they only refunded me for a portion of the return. I called the next day to inquire about being shorted $30, the customer service number says no one can take your call and you have to use the online chat. Then the person on the chat said he couldn't find my original purchase and can't give me my full refund! What a scam! I will never shop here again!
I order a hoodie worth $110 but i didn't recieve it! The merchant said is already delivered! So I email them it said i need to get a police report for the items. They do this to me not once but twice. This is a big scam.
I ordered a single pair of sunglasses form pacsun 3 WEEKS AGO! They are STILL processing and will not give me an ETA of when they will ship. I had to wait on the phone for an hour and a half for customer service to tell me that. Never going to buy online again.
I ordered some pants for my boyfriend online and my order was comfirmed. An hour later I got an email saying my order was canceled and but I didn't get my money back so I called and pacsun was closed. I waited till Monday morning to call back and a guy picked up and fixed the problem. I had to reorder it and it charged me for 2 orders! The one I had canceled and the one I reordered! Pacsun never gave me my money back!
My daughter ordered some Reebok shoes online. Never again will i order from Pac Sun. They were too small (not their fault) We checked online and found out we could return to the store. Well, good luck finding one. Despite showing there was one near us, there wasn't. Both had closed. We drove to different malls in opposite directions trying to exchange these. Went online for a return. It costs me $7 to do so, they ask for a order number. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN START THE RETURN. Guess what, it's not on their paperwork enclosed with the shoes! I had to search through emails to find it. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. You're going to need it for a return. Not sure how long this return will take to get, but I've learned a valuable lesson as has my daughter.
I ordered a pair of jeans on monday and now it's friday and the order is still processing! It's almost a week and they still haven't shipped the item yet! Funny thing is I ordered a pair of jeans from fashion nova the next day and recieved it earlier than the ones I ordered from pacsun! I'm never ordering from pacsun again. Trash a*$ shipping and bad customer service. The lady on the phone couldn't even tell me the estimated day of delivery smh!
I was at the pacsun in freehold mall NJ, it looked like a tornado went through, tripping hazards everywhere, the dressing rooms were closed because they were so cluttered up and the employees were beyond rude and working in pajamas and slippers like they just rolled out of bed. I will NEVER go in another pacsun!
Exactly like this. Returned $45 shorts bought at a store, asked for refund and have never received the money back, despite several contacts with customer services. It is a shame!

Orderd jeans and received a jean skirt 10 days later. Now jeans I've been waiting for are out of stock. Order number on email confirmation is completely different on shipping slip.
It's been over a month since I ordered and still have not received my items. Tried calling, nothing. Tried email, noting.big scam.
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
