Working with Pacific Columns has been a very good experience. The columns arrived ok but they were not attached very well to the pallet. They slid off to one side and I had to open the cartons to make sure there was no damage. Very tough columns. It looks like the bands were not tight enough.I have pics if you'd like.

It was very direct and simple

Excellent customer service before and after sale. Column arrived in good condition and was easy to install

Hayley was awesome. Andrew addressed the customer service issue. All resolved promptly with a smile!

Salesman explained what the column were made from and the ones that were best for my use.
Arrived earlier than expected. No problems.

The column was not what was described on the phone, and we asked for a split base when we talked with our customer service rep. When the column came the base was not split, my husband had to try and make it work for the job he was on.

Sometimes it was difficult to get a response back from customer service. I also felt like I was rushed at times with my phone call. I was calling from a personal project need and wasn't sure what I needed or what to expect and I was wishing i was given more time for explanations.

The columns were flawlessly delivered

The shatters we ordered were very well-made straight and true. They were delivered on the date promised.

My sales rep was great, no bad experience with the whole front-end experience. But when it came to the delivery... the Columns looked like they fell off a truck with chips and scrapes. There were parts missing and the packaging was destroyed.
I am reluctant to order again and would expect a follow-up customer service call.

I received the columns...they are terrible. As soon as I got them I called to see if I can return them, I was told I could not because they are special order. I decided to see how they looked installed, they looked even worse. They are cheap looking junk that I ripped out today. I wasted more then $1000 on these columns. I deserve a credit...THEY ARE CHEAP GARBAGE!
