Although I received the bulk of my order for three 8' sections of the PermaRail system, I was disappointed to note that some of the hardware needed to complete the project was missing. I only received two packets of the brackets required for installing the rails. I also did not receive the #8 2.5 flat head inch screws used for attaching balusters to the rail pieces. I should add that the matter was particularly confusing because no installation instructions were included in the packaging, and the specific instructions I needed were not posted on the website. I called your company right away to explain the situation, and an electronic copy of the directions was shared via email. Also, the missing items, I was told, would be sent out right away to correct the mistake. I found out yesterday that the hardware is ready to be shipped on July 20th. I was hoping the correction of this error might have been expedited.
