Purchased $300 worth of products in the beginning of November. Company has ghosted me. Never received the items, zero communication replies from customer service, no refunds. Basically stole my money. Super bummed. It was a big purchase for me that I have been saving for. Feel taken advantage of.
Love these socks! Have like 3 different styles for different types of shoes. Can't sayenough good things about them!
The socks were a delayed Christmas gift, so I liked the quick delivery. Appropriate packaging.
I was shorted 4 pairs of socks in my first order of 18 pairs and 2 pairs in a subsequent order of 8 pairs. They did arrive before Christmas, but Pacas doesn't respond in customer service and I am nowhere in getting a refund for the socks that they charged me for but I didn't get. Way too expensive to let it go.
Thanks so much.this is a present and I'm so thankful to send them a quality gift that comes with social benefit. Thanks so much everyone
Terrible customer experience. I placed my order on November 26th. I didn't receive my package until December 23th -- I only received a partial order, not my whole order as the invoice stated. And I cannot get a hold of any one in customer support to help me. Over $100 spent for socks and I have nearly nothing to show for it over a month later with zero communication from this company.
They will take your money but never ship your product. When you ask thrm to canceland refund they ghost you and stop replying. Do not buy from here.
I've been trying to contact PACAS for a month with no reply. My order was never shipped since 12/9 and my credit card charged.
Great! You must have good people cause you have been very good to me, thank you all and Happy New Year!
Great experience shopping, easy as pie!
I ordered socks for Christmas presents 11/28. Today is 1/2 and nothing. I have written the company 3 times and no response. If there are more people like me, I would like to get a class action together against these scammers
Good selections available for kids and sizes. Socks are soft and comfortable as well!
Socks are SO soft and every time I purchase as a gift, everyone loves them!
Ease of navigating the website and types of selections available
I think their ordering system is a little confusing. I waited too long to take advantage of the 35% off sale and they had next to nothing left in the sox department. Some of their colors are bloody awful. My god, some of the patterns and colors are horrible! But the sox I received are great.
Easy website to navigate and lots of awesome products!
The colors I prefer were not available. The small size is very small. I wear a size 6 shoe but the M/L socks fit me best.
Trying to contact support, a horror. No real responses. Shop to expect on 12/27,2 weeks after order. Presents are still not here. As per FedEx the gifts were never shipped!
They do not respond to email or Instagram dms. They also don't ship what you ordered.
What they focus their energy on is deleting all the negative comments off of Instagram (they usually only last 24hrs. Or less).
They must have forgotten their FB password because their scamming practices are all revealed there.
I love your socks, this is my second order. I wish you had more patterns available for men in large sizes, but these are the nicest socks I've bought in a long time!
Hubby loves these socks! So buttery soft and warm!
Easy to see things and move around site. Easy to order from.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
