I didn't receive the socks that I ordered. Customer service does not respond so I had to contact my credit card company to resolve the dispute. This is totally unacceptable. Also saw on Facebook sponsored ads that several customers had either not received their order at all or partially received and the feedback is the same - no response from customer service. So buyer beware! Great socks if you get your order.

I have purchased your regular socks and find them extremely satisfying. They're soft you can wear a mirror around and very comfortable plus very sturdy. I have been wearing mine for over a year and they feel like they're brand new when I put them on. I'm going to try compressions off to see how I like them. Sandi

It was easy and if I ever need new socks, you are the go to socks. They are very comfortable and I will always buy them from you. I love the low-cut socks. They don't fall down in my sneakers or shoes overall 100%.

Purchased in Jan 2022 after seeing an ad on IG. Three days later received email stating my order would ship within 24 hours with tracking number. When order did not arrive over a week later and tracking never updated, attempted to contact customer support many MANY times through email, Facebook, Instagram and phone without response. Found LOTS of other customers in the same situation but negative comments are periodically deleted from the company's social media pages and their website only features positive reviews. Took over a month to get a response and then my "lost" order showed up. Socks are ok. Soft but lots of pilling after just a few wears. Also, as another review on here states, they are only 42% alpaca, despite ads stating 100% and customer service stating 50%. Disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Sadly, I cancelled my order after 2 weeks had gone by without any sign of it having shipped.

I reached out to customer support and wonder if ever would have heard from them otherwise.

They said shipping was delayed, but that was it.

More than I'd hoped for! Received two beautiful sweaters and my husband loves his! Mine is like wearing a little cloud…extremely soft and warm and deliciously comfortable! So very happy with my purchases!

I like them in general. I am 5'5" and the elastic tops come up behind my knees, rather than the top of my calves, which I would prefer. I need to wear a fresh pair daily, as they stretch out a bit after wearing once. Also, the "navy blue" is really "royal blue", which is too bright to wear with navy slacks. That said, they are really good for my varicose veins and leg swelling.

I bought these socks less than a year ago, and have only worn them during colder months (about 6 months total). The quality is great, although they are not warm enough for temperatures below 30 degrees, in my experience. They have also started to wear down on the back part of my ankle, which hasn't happened to other pairs of socks I own. It's a shame, because they are expensive yet have already started to wear down.

Choosing a product was fairly easy, though I wish individual pairs could be ordered instead of only the gift/multi packs. I also was disappointed in the tracking, there were no updates or information available on the tracking website, the package just showed up one day.

It was very easy to figure what to order and make changes on the web site. I was trying to figure out how many pairs socks I could afford to buy for Christmas presents. I got some for me too - first time getting Alpaca socks. My feet are the happiest they have ever been. No sweating so no damp, cold feet. Love them

Browsing thru Facebook and came up on your site. Of course I have to check them out. I have circulation problems in my feet. My doctor told me to buy Compression Socks. I figured these socks would keep my feet warm. Putting them on was easy. When I slipped them up below the knee's,the top band was way to tight. I could only stand to wear them for three hours. If I snip the top band with scissors will it unravel? No one is going to see them under my pant legs.

Excellent checkout and excellent merchandise. I LOVE these socks. I dont buy any other kind now. These socks are so wonderfully soft and they do NOT make your feet sweat. I wear them year-round. Shopping is very easy on the website. After getting multiple sock orders for my husband, i decided it was my turn. My right foot is sensitive to seams and I've not had any issues wearing these. I've gotten crew socks for both of us and also some compression socks for when i travel.

Good website. Easy to order. Appreciate ability to use PayPal. I ordered a 3-pack of light weight women's crew socks. I just received the socks today so I have not worn them yet, but they seem nice and soft to the touch. The colors are even prettier in person. I have high hopes.

This e-commerce site is well-designed and I really like that there are device payment options instead of having to add credit information. It is quick and easy. The products are excellent quality, and so comfortable.

First of all, it came, not to my door, but to the nearest post office. That is because I had to pay Canadian import tax. Almost $23.00! Then the sox fit well, and they are certainly warm. However, the elastic on the rib is too tight for my ankles and legs. I am thinking of carefully clipping the elastic on one pair, with small manicure scissors, but I am afraid to ruin the sox. What to do… Returning them is not an option, because I have to pay an additional cost for that… So I will risk one pair, and I will offer the others as Christmas gifts… Sad…

This company says it's products are softer than wool and I found that to be true. I am very pleased with their products. I ordered socks and scarves and will order more in the future. Every order came within the timeframe of 7-10 days. My orders took about 8 days from date of order to get to me. I was skeptical about ordering from this company at first, but I'm not any more.

Be sure you select the right size and color you want. Pictures are small. I wear a woman's size 9.5-10 shoe. I definitely need the Large/XL ordering went well and shipping updates were accurate. I have ordered 4 or 5 times and will continue to!

Delivery was not as expected. Paid $8 extra for expedited shipping and the package wound up in USPS snail mail. We're not delivered on time for a trip we were taking.

No care instructions in you ads. Should have said up front you can't machine wash and you can't put them in the dryer.

I really enjoy splurging once in a while to get something from this company. However, immediately after placing my VERY expensive order, only then do I get an offer on a percentage off! It irritates me.
