The items I ordered are Christmas gifts for my partner, therefore, I have not opened them yet as it's too early to wrap them. I trust that Pacas fulfilled my order appropriately.
One of our family members put Pacas on his list. We found it very easy to shop online and did so immediately. The only challenge was to make a choice among the many handsome options. If we were to make any suggestion, it would be to get tracking information.

Pacas sends out too many emails, but the site is easy to use. I don't know why delivery confirmation was sent out 2 days before actual delivery.

The. Best. Socks. Once you get them, you'll love them. I've been waiting for over a month for delivery of my most recent order. Shipping was MUCH faster during COVID. I'm disappointed. The socks, however, are wonderful.

Easy ordering and 30% coupon helped! My first time ordering and just received my socks yesterday. Wearing them for the first time today. They are truly soft and comfy but I would not call them true compression socks, at least not the prescription kind that are difficult to get on. I cannot speak to their ability to reduce blood clots.
I did finally receive my correct order. The agent said you'd be sending a bag and postage for the order that wasn't correct. Nothing else came to return the wrong items. This has been screwed up from the start. What am I suppose to with the first shipment? VERY frustrated!

Received 1/3 of my order(packing label said sll) Customer service responded they would replace but that was weeks ago. No linger going to be Christmas presents. They refused refund, hoping to get the replacements as it was $94 worth of socks. I like the socks, but what is up? The mailing label said Indiana, not cross seas….
Terrible customer experience. I placed my order on November 26th. I didn't receive my package until December 23th -- I only received a partial order, not my whole order as the invoice stated. And I cannot get a hold of any one in customer support to help me. Over $100 spent for socks and I have nearly nothing to show for it over a month later with zero communication from this company.
Had to enter my coupon code several times. It kept resetting to a lower coupon code. Glad it went through as I wasn't sure it would. I ordered 2 packs but have received 4 packages. Concerned on the billing but I can't find where anything has gone through. Working with customer service which is pending.
I placed an order on 12/13. According to the Shop app it still hasn't even be shipped yet. There is zero communication from them beyond automated emails. I would love to be able to review their product, but I can't seem to get my hands on it, which is all I need to say in my review of their service.
I have ordered 2 months ago, still have not seen order. Tried contacting customer service 3 times with no response except and email to rate how their service was. I comment that I didn't receive service and still nothing. Now I am bombarded with emails in my inbox to buy more socks! I unsubscribe and I still receive. What ever you do do not order from this company
A little challenging to change my order once it was in the cart but finally got it figured out. Ordered twice, my second order arrived before my first which was/is odd. My first time ordering Pacas so I hope their worth the money. I'll let you know!

Gave Pacas a try and ordered some socks for Christmas on 12/6. They did not arrive until 12/28. No response from customer service for the two emails I sent. Very vague shipping emails throughout the process. Will go back to Bombas (much better customer service and great socks).
These are my absolute favorite socks. My feet stay so warm in the winter and cool in the summer- They are so soft but hold up well- DO follow their wash instructions - turn inside out and wash in cold water- very worth a little effort
I love Pacas socks. I have at least one pair in all women's styles. Never had any foot odor, even on 90 degree days. I wear a size 8 that is at the end of the small/medium sizing range. The no shows and ankle socks feel snug when I first put them on. I will consider sizing up. The con...the popular colors are always sold out in my size during their sales. I have purchased colors that I didn't want because of the price. I won't do that again.

First time shopping, everything is easy to find, so far. I couldn't always select men from the top middle menu bar at times - it would take me to the women's section. I'd have to go back to the main page and select men from there. Annoying but not a deal breaker.
I was so excited about getting some compression socks since I've had open-heart surgery and was in compression stockings for four months. I have CHF, and have started getting a little edema in my feet and ankles recently. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I was write on the "line" between small and large and measured the circumference of my calves. Of course, I'm disappointed, but I can't re-order right now. They are very comfortable, just a little too tight.
Quickly processed, well made, reasonably priced, they do run small. I wear normally a size 8-9 woman's and I had to order a mens size XL. The quality of their products cannot be understated, I am just a cheapskate sometimes.
Trouble with payment selection and processing. I almost didn't figure it out and almost gave up on ordering. I hope I like the socks when I get them. I'm still not sure if my discount "WELCOME20" was included because there was nowhere for me to enter that discount code received by email.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
