Had a hard time finding a style I might like. When I received them they are beautiful and very soft but, too small and to low topped. I want something between a crew and what I got. If these were a bit higher they would be better.
Kinda hard to find what socks I want and not sure if what I bought is going to work.
The crew socks I received earlier work fine. I had 2 issues with the performance socks. One, there were loose threads in at least 3 socks. I've done enough knitting to know that it's a bad idea to cut loose threads in knit garments. For what I paid for them, I expect better. The 2nd issue I have is that they ride down when trying to wear them with my walking shoes. I'm highly disappointed in that.
Very easy to order, great discount, these are by far my favorite socks because they fit beautifully, they are warm and comfortable and they wash and wear well. They really last, I have some I wear regularly I've had for more than 2 years.
I would give 5 stars except that every time I order, I have to remind them that there is no sales tax on clothing in Minnesota. You would think this could be automated. Otherwise I find their products to be great!
My Pacas 3 compression sock order was delivered today and while the socks are very soft, they are still too tight. I had returned a previous order based on my size that were too small and ordered a larger size but they are still too tight, cutting below the knee. Unfortunately I will be returning these as well. I do have to say that the refund process is free an easy as stated.
Do not order from this company. Missing items from my order. No way to get a hold of someone other than email. Have done that 3 times with no response. Should have looked at reviews from other sites rather than their own. My fault!
Very easy site to use. Very professional product displays. I was in love how wonderful the socks feel.
I have a terminal disease that effect my toes and your socks helped the pain in my feet.
I am disappointed I have not received my free gift from you ‼‼‼
It was an easy choice to make for a gift for my daughter-in-law. I bought her some socks last year and she raved about how soft and comfortable they were. So this year, I got her a sweater. I'm sure she's going to love it! It was easy to order. It shipped quickly, and arrived in good shape.
Very fast and efficient. Easy to find what I was looking for. Will shop here again. My only issue was with DHL delivery service but Pacas was on the problem right away and I got my order shortly after.
I have bought some of the crew socks on here before.
They really are the most comfortable socks that I have ever worn,
So I am ordering more. So comfortable in fact, that I order some for
My 89 year old mom's Christmas.
I have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing from this sight.
Very high probability that I will order more!
Our dogs played "tug of war" with hubby's favorite pair of alpaca socks a few months ago and I knew he was missing them so when I came across Pacas, I thought I would give them a try. I'm so glad I did! The whole experience was wonderful! Selections are great, navigating the website is super easy, the prices are incredible. Great quality socks too! The shipping was so fast, I was shocked. My husband LOVES them so I highly recommend giving Pacas a try! I'll definitely be back for myself!
I love their socks, but customer service is abysmal. I've reached out three times now about an incorrect/incomplete order I received on 12/24/22, but have not heard back from anyone at Pacas yet. The only option is to send an email — no customer service phone number at all. I'm so frustrated! I understand that this holiday season was difficult for many businesses, but it is just unacceptable not to get back to your customers. I'm really tempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Really, really disappointed with my experience with them.
Eventually the company got back to me. They sent throw. I am now not complaining as much. It took a while for them to come back.
I ordered sox and a throw. Was charged for all items. Small package showed up and only sox shipped. The packing list showed the throw but there is no way it could have fit in the shipping package. I am disputing the charges. I have sent numerous emails and complaints. They have not replied and continue to send me emails for their products. I will complain to the attorney general in shipping state.
The sox are nice, but not 100% Alpaca.
I cannot in good conscience recommend the company.
I got a great buy on two dozen of the most comfortable socks ever made BUT half of them were crew socks, the other were tube socks. There will be lots of laughs on Christmas morn when my grandsons open their tube socks. Why are your men's crew socks so long?
Came quickly. Beautiful Sox.
I want to return a few of them. Do I need to keep them in advertised groups or can I pick individual pairs to return? They came loose in the shipping package, not grouped.
I need an answer before I can return. I will be home from traveling in a couple weeks and need to take care of it soon

Getting annoyed by emails asking me about
How the products are and my experience with them, when the products have not yet arrived. I do understand that the delivery kms do take time, so it would be nice if this questionar would be linked to the actual day, of drop off to me; and not show up before. Would like it if the socks did eventually, intact, show up. Will see.
Everything seems great so far, hope that when the socks arrive, all is great. Will see.
I was charged tax and there is no tax in Pennsylvania for clothing, shoes, etc.
Also, I wanted to pay using Pay Pal which was listed as an option but the website just kept spinning - wouldn't let me continue unless I used a credit card

Very slow receiving first time discount email. I'm disappointed in range of men's color/styles, which are even more limited with X-Large socks. I ordered a 6-pack of men's XL socks and, for a full week, received notices that they were getting ready to be shipped. Then I received notice they were out of stock. In fact, ALL men's XL socks were out of stock, so I asked for a refund, which has yet to be acknowledged or received. Instead, I receive a mixture of notices that either ask me for a review of the products I "received" (none), or notices about their delivery, which has yet to occur.
I will never do business with Pacas. I highly recommend no one else does, either.

Well unfortunately these are not the socks for me I so badly hoped they would be. They are nice looking and soft, like butter? I don't know I would say that but what I was really praying for was that they were as warm as advertised, warmer than wool, no. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet hurt bad when they get cold so Dr says to keep them as warm as I can and thought this was it but they are just as cold as wearing regular socks 15.00 a pair is unjustified. Seems like your customers really like them and that's great, I hope for continued success for you.
Love to the pacas hope they are being treated well.

Shopping experience was fine. Arrived very quickly, I ordered as gifts so I don't know how the quality of the socks will be but it is described as soft as cashmere and they are not but I hope they are good enough to be loved by the recipients.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
