Ok honestly % view of Pacas. As in the title I was very skeptical about the sock and what the big to do about them as I had heard and tried many before always disappointed. Well, I can say Pacas has changed my outlook! Pacas are so comfy and dry. I am in work boots 14 hrs a day six days a week. All I can say is thanks Pacas have made a huge difference in my comfort level throughout the work day

I reordered because I love the socks … they are warm and comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars if they had come in long socks.
I ordered 4 pairs wine's socks and 4 pairs of men's socks as Christmas presents on November 28,2022.
After two weeks I had not received any confirmation of shipping. I contacted Pacas and they sent me an automated response. I waited. Just before Christmas I inquired again and got the same, impersonal and unhelpful response. The socks finally arrived on January 16,2023. I opened the package to find only 2 pairs of men's socks and 3 pairs of women's socks. I was so disappointed. I wanted to leave a review on their website but there was not a way to do it. It was very interesting to my that ALL their reviews on their website are 5 stars……. They gave no indication that there would be a delay in shipping - no offer of any kind of discount or compensation. I want my money back, but their customer service is so poor I'm afraid I'll never get it.
I did not realize that they were going to be such a heavy sock. Too thick. Do not like them.
I need the more light weight. Now I am trying to return same and am having a hard time getting a label so I can send them back and then order the light weight/
Late or no response. A week or more after ordering they tell me out of stock. I originally ask for tracking info. Then a few days later they said out of stock. I asked for a check to be mailed to me. Since my account got canceled for other people trying to use it. I still haven't heard anything about my refund. Never order again.
Very disappointed in this company. Eager to take your order then nothing. Lousy customer service, actually no customer service. Counting on this order for a Christmas present for a grandchild so very sad now scrambling to find another gift. Can't say enough bad things about this company.

I love these socks. I get the compression socks and of all the brands of compression socks I've tried, I can get these over my calf and they are perfect to use when I'm jetting off somewhere! I fly every week, and needed something that would protect me from possible blood clots during my 5 hour flights. These fill the bill and are comfy, warm, soft, with lots of stretch and compression.
Glad you have compression socks in again. Would love some women's, but the men's size should fit.
The package arrived on January 4, as promised. My wife was MORE than delighted with the socks and scarf. She immediately put on both one of the pairs of socks and scarf and noted the wonderful colors and how soft they were. I knew I made a great choice!
Good website, but not perfect. A bit more description of exactly how the socks fit and (tightness) would be nice, especially considering the purchase not being in person, not to mention the size of the investment.

Site easy to navigate. Love the fit and feel of sock. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Amazon Prime and its 2 day shipping but it seemed like it took closer to 2 weeks to get my Pacas order. Still, the wait was worth it.
I did not receive the color combos I ordered. Tried to match to my first 3-pk order so that I'd have 2 pairs each of 3 different colors. Instead I got 3 NEW colors. They're acceptable, but not what I ordered.
I love these things! Soft and comfy. I wore them to my job under my work shoes on which I spend 40% of time on my feet. For the first time in a long time my feet didnt hurt when I took off my shoes. I thought they cost too much but tried them anyways. Wow! Glad I did, saving up to buy more. Also, shipping was average in cost but they arrived in only a week or so. Im very happy with this experience.

The socks feel really good on my feet and keep them warm. The crew tops are too tight on my legs and I need the warmth on my ankles, too.
I appreciate the offered discounts and I love the quality Pacas offers. My new Shaw is ample sized, light weight, yet offers the desired warmth while still allowing the material to breathe. Ordering & delivery was easy & smooth.
I signed up for email and was suppose to get 20% off. Not sure if that would have been in addition to the 30 cheer discount, but I did not get an email message back before placing the order. Maybe I did not get the extra because it was my second order.
Title says it all. I received an email asking if I loved the socks. I responded that I didn't get them. They said they were working on getting them packaged. That was weeks ago. They didn't respond to two more inquiries. I'm getting ready to cancel payment if I can.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
