Your web page is very difficult to manuver...I previously bought for a friend who wears a large and had trouble getting smalls...tried to order a different color set, but it came up as larges. So I just ordered 2 of the same color... would have loved 3 of a different color group.

This is the review for Women's Crew Socks that I tried to post on their website, but was repeatedly rejected:

"I was extremely disappointed to see that these are not actually 100% alpaca socks. They aren't even 50% alpaca socks! They are 42% alpaca, 28% acrylic, 27% nylon, and 3% spandex. I never would have purchased them if I knew they contained acrylic, or that they aren't even 50% alpaca! The socks themselves are fine, but my wool socks are just as warm (and actually wool) so I'll stick with those. Save your money, these are ludicrously overpriced for what you get. Kind of smells like a scam in hindsight."

Shipping also took about 3 weeks when they said it was 3-5 business days. I went through their site with a fine-toothed comb to see if they said anywhere that the socks weren't actually 100% alpaca and it doesn't list the material contents anywhere.

I placed my order on the 10th. It's now the 26th and it still hasn't shipped. I've made 2 inquiries asking about when it would ship. They weren't listed as a back order item. Both times they apologized but never gave me a reason or when I could expect them to be shipped. This is my first time shopping with them and my last. Very, very poor communication.

I ordered a 6 Pack-Women's Crew Pacas Socks on 04-24-2022 I have received nothing! --- no products --no delivery information --no tracking number! BUT, of course, my credit card has been charged! And, now I cannot even get a response from the company. My next step is to make a fraud claim to my credit card! Thanks for Nothing Pacas.

After recent heart surgery, I have found that blood thinners really make a difference to the temperature of my feet and hands. These socks do the trick! My feet stay toasty warm, without sweating in my shoes. I found my choice so easily on the website. The description answered my questions and purchasing / delivery was so easy! Will definitely be ordering more merchandise from Pacas!

This is my second order from the site. Love the designs and quality of the socks. I bought a set for myself, my wife and my mother this time. Everyone is always happy with the gift. Great options and easy to find what I was looking for.

The ordering was the easy part. This is my 2nd time ordering packs.
It's the delivery I seem to have issues with. The first time my order was lost or very delayed. The customer support was awesome and replaced my order. Actually the initial order showed up weeks later. Go figure.
I recently place an order and it came when it should have minus the 4 pack of crew socks. This too has bee resolved by customer support but so far I have not received the missing 4 pack.

Shopping was easy. Hope I like the socks as much as my friends do.
I've now received my socks and am super pleased. I'm a mailman so I walk 9.4 miles 6 days a week. I need to take care of my feet.
When I wore my pacas to work one of my coworkers who suggested them asked if I was happy with them.
I told her "I might be here at work but my feet are on vacation!"

I ordered socks, but after a week I still didn't hear anything. I emailed them and they gave me a discount for my delay. A week later I emailed them again only to find out the socks I ordered were out of stock and they have no idea when they will be. Why take my money for a product you don't have..

I love, love, love, my paca's they are so comfy, soft, and warm. I've never had a better quality sock. I just put in another order! The shipping was fast. The order process was easy, and it wasn't hard to navigate around on the website. The store is great and the have a lot to offer. I'm pretty positive this will be the only sock I wear from now on! I really thought they'd be scratchy, boy was I wrong. So soft. Listen, I could go on for days, but I won't. However, I strongly recommend you invest the money and buy a set of these socks!

Ordering was a breeze. However, I didn't anticipate the number of texts I would receive. I did appreciate the extra discount for allowing the texts, but soon got annoyed. Purchase was a gift, so cannot comment on the products.

I had to get men's crew socks because the women's are not true to size. They're too small & tight around the ankles. I wish they either had a larger size in women's socks,
Or that men's came in the pretty colors like women's do. :(

The best socks I have ever worn. I have so much trouble accommodating my hammer toes, and these did the trick. They for perfectly and are so soft and comfortable; I now have six pairs. Thank you for a beautiful product.

Couldn't find any toddler socks. Also, love the socks on the kids models with the alpaca shaped outline -- however, didn't see anything on website like it. My grandchildren raised alpacas for a few years and would love the alpaca outlined socks!
Have received the socks ordered but have not worn them yet -- bought as gifts. They do feel quite soft and texture is a nice thickness, not thin!

I purchased crew socks for my daughter and she liked them. I decided to take advantage of their offer to get free socks with the purchase of a pair of slippers. I ordered the woman't moccasins and got 3 pair of compression socks. The socks are OK - a little too long and to tight at the top. The slippers are warm but that's the only positive. They are made in China and have a plastic soul that is too rigid and the tip of the soul is not fully bonded to the bottom of the slipper causing the tip to get caught on rugs and uneven surfaces - a real tripping hazard.

Placing the order was easy. Delivery was slower than I expected but given the holiday that didn't surprise me. What did surprise me was that the socks are not actually even a majority alpaca wool. About 45% of the fabric is alpaca, the rest is various synthetics. This is not disclosed on the site anywhere obvious. And I hasten to point out that I am not a textile expert; it may not be possible to produce a useble product for a price people will pay if it is made entirely of wool. Since the socks just came out of their initial wash today (they were delivered 1/6/23) I haven't worn them. They seem soft enough, we'll see in the next day or so. If I can find this review I'll update it when I have worn them.

I think their ordering system is a little confusing. I waited too long to take advantage of the 35% off sale and they had next to nothing left in the sox department. Some of their colors are bloody awful. My god, some of the patterns and colors are horrible! But the sox I received are great.
