Ordered $300+ worth of socks on 11/26.3 weeks later I am still waiting for communication from them to let me know my order has been processed and shipped out. Order shows no progress other than received. Tried emailing customer service several days ago and no response from them. I needed socks for a Christmas party this weekend. Guess I won't be handing out socks as I intended to. My credit card has been charged. Hope they come by Christmas.
Love the socks hate to customer service. I like the socks so much I ordered the blanket and they sent me the wrong one. I've emailed them 10 times now at least and there is no phone number they never get back to me. I'd like to be a great customer to them and sing their praises because the socks are good but what good does the blanket do me if it's the wrong thing and I have no faith in them at all anymore.
Silence after my order. For weeks. Then a notice that you were out of some ordered socks - but you didn't specify which ones. REALLY?! I adore your socks, but your communication rates a zero. And I reiterate that we should be able to choose sock patterns/colors and group them in packs ourselves rather than be forced to get stuff we don't like.
You should allow choice of individual patterns and not be stuck with colors you don't like in packs
I bought these socks less than a year ago, and have only worn them during colder months (about 6 months total). The quality is great, although they are not warm enough for temperatures below 30 degrees, in my experience. They have also started to wear down on the back part of my ankle, which hasn't happened to other pairs of socks I own. It's a shame, because they are expensive yet have already started to wear down.
Choosing a product was fairly easy, though I wish individual pairs could be ordered instead of only the gift/multi packs. I also was disappointed in the tracking, there were no updates or information available on the tracking website, the package just showed up one day.

I ordered for the first time from this company.The day I ordered they where running a special that if you spent over $200 you would receive a free scarf. I have sent five e mails to this company without one response because I did not receive the free items they had promised.The only way to contact them is by e mail there is no phone number to call. The product they offer is great, which is the only reason I ordered from them again. Their customer service is horrible. Never able to contact them. They don't give a phone number, just email that they never reply to. My most recent order I never got a confirmation email so I have no way to track the status of my order that I placed 2 weeks ago but they charged my credit card right away! Ive sent 2 emails so far with no response other than an automated reply saying they will look at it. I won't order from them again unless something changes drastically
Ordered December 10,2022. They charged my credit card for entire order. $110. Never received any shipping updates. Next, received an email, asking how I like my order. Never received any order! I have emailed 5 times and have received NO response. Non-existent customer service. When I track my order, it hasn't gone beyond "the order placed" Would definitely NOT recommend.
It is really hard to figure out where to apply the discount code while checking out. Also I continue to be frustrated by the inability to put together sock packages that suit my needs. The first several times I ordered the service was great. This time I ordered 09/12. As of today 10/10 I still have received no product. I cannot get anything via email but a canned response. I am thoroughly disgusted. No Phone number, no other way to contact. I will not order again. They have obviously forgotten what customer service is.
**BUYERS BEWARE!** What company never answers an email, message on social media, and doesn't return phone calls but has no problem to continue sending emails and texts for your to buy more stuff. They are a bunch of scam artists and don't care about their customers. They have a bunch of negative comments but delete and hide them on their social media accounts. Just a bunch of idiots running a dysfunctional business. What are they really hiding? You should be ashamed of yourselves!
I've followed the directions to return the socks I bought because they are too thick to fit in my dress shoes. So far all I've received if this customer satisfaction survey with NO information on how to return the order and receive a refund.
Ordered 5 items 30 November as Christmas presents. Was charged on credit card and have never received processing confirmation, have sent email request for support and another request on the website form.
We are well past Christmas and I have only received an automated form e-mail saying they would get in touch. Very disappointed as the products seemed promising from the many positive reviews.

I thought it was terrible, my husband and I bought a lot of stuff from the brand due to the good reviews. Since December 11th we have not received any message or help, we are trying to contact us by all means and we are just ignored. My Christmas was spoiled because we were going to participate in the secret friend but we had nothing to give.
Over 11 days passed and my order still not shipped. Contacted customer service and was told my items are out of stock and I would need to go online and select different colors. Well, that's exactly what I did when I placed my order in the first place… How would this be any different? Totally ridiculous way to run your business. Cancelled my order and waiting for my refund.
I find your site very confusing to place orders. I interpreted "50% on clearance" to mean 50 off all inventory, not 50 on only the items marked clearance so I whittled down my order by several items. It's a lot of mental work to make sure I'm getting the right items for the price I want.

Socks are great, but packaging disappointing. I ordered 3 x 6 pairs and they were all jumbled together in one bag, some of the cardboard wrappers were broken and I only got 17 pairs of socks. Tried to get hold of customer support, with no success.

Pros: Very fancy advertising and website! The pictures are great! The toes and heels seem cushy. Shipping was timely. Cons: NO WHERE on the site does it say where the socks are made, nor that they are NOT even 50% alpaca! These are ridiculously expensive! I wanted some "special" gifts for people I cared about, so ordered them. I finally ordered some for myself and I asked myself, "Why did I fall for this?" They are not as soft as my wool or even my polyester socks. The colors are not as vibrant as those on the website. I ordered the medium/large ladies crew socks and they are TIGHT! The label says nothing about place of manufacture (isn't that required?), implying that it's likely China. They list the socks as Alpaca, but the label says 42% alpaca and 28% acrylic! -- kind of like Walmart socks, right? Except they cost 10 times more. What a sham!
After receiving 3 pairs for Christmas I decided to order more as they were soothing and extremely comfortable. That order went in Jan 13, and, after 4 weeks, I contacted them via their FB page using messenger. They eventually responded via emails, stating that records show that they were picked up by the carrier but then apparently lost. So, a replacement order was made with a promise of shipping that day. 2 weeks late still no delivery. I contacted them again and they once again responded via email, stating they were looking into it. Now, 5 days later, still no communication. I will now be posting on their FB page with my complaints until they either ship me my order or give me a refund.
I bought 12 pair of no show socks which I love but 6 pr do not have the rubber piece on the heel so they slide down in your shoe. I emailed customer support a week ago and have heard nothing so then I contacted them a second time and no response.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
