Quality of the product is nice and I look forward to wearing my purchase in my upcoming cold weather travels. Customer service was great when I reached out, very prompt and professional. Web site was easy to work with and ordering was easy enough. I do like the "shop" app for package tracking. That makes things really easy although customer service followed up to confirm shipping as well.
Very pleasant and nice experiance overall! I even ordered an additional item and I get that tomorrow.

I didn't receive the socks that I ordered. Customer service does not respond so I had to contact my credit card company to resolve the dispute. This is totally unacceptable. Also saw on Facebook sponsored ads that several customers had either not received their order at all or partially received and the feedback is the same - no response from customer service. So buyer beware! Great socks if you get your order.
Well since I ordered and they charged me on 11/20/24 and I haven't received anything and have received no answers to my emails asking about my order, I gotta give this company a great big ZERO. Guess I will have to take up the issue with my credit card company. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.
Socks are pretty warm and I thought my wife and brother would enjoy some for Xmas. Ordered in mid November and still have no information regarding expected delivery. SHOP has been awaiting details for over a month now as well.

Purchased in Jan 2022 after seeing an ad on IG. Three days later received email stating my order would ship within 24 hours with tracking number. When order did not arrive over a week later and tracking never updated, attempted to contact customer support many MANY times through email, Facebook, Instagram and phone without response. Found LOTS of other customers in the same situation but negative comments are periodically deleted from the company's social media pages and their website only features positive reviews. Took over a month to get a response and then my "lost" order showed up. Socks are ok. Soft but lots of pilling after just a few wears. Also, as another review on here states, they are only 42% alpaca, despite ads stating 100% and customer service stating 50%. Disappointing experience and would not recommend.
Ordered socks ($71 worth) on Feb. 9, shipped Feb. 14, and then…nothing. Emailed, no response other than auto generated form letter. Chatted online twice with customer service reps, and was assured that although my order was "lost" a replacement order would be shipped within 48 hours and I would receive a confirmation email…nothing. There's no phone number, no response to multiple emails, and now the chat option on the website has mysteriously disappeared. I want my money back but at this point not sure how to go about getting it back. I never spend that much money on socks but wanted to try them. My bad. Maybe those socks will show up in the future when I least expect it.
Ordered 12/9/21 large quantity for holiday exchange and gifts over a week before I needed. Paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping, still not here! Be very wary of actually receiving your orders. No communication, no email, not even a tracking number yet! Still hasn't left the warehouse! I have no idea if they are worth the cost but next time I will stick with cashmere from a reputable company!
I ordered a 6-pack of socks on Nov 25 (as a Christmas present), and it is now Dec 28. My order has not yet been shipped! I have written for support 7 times, and have gotten one reply ("we're sorry…high demand…"). This is absolutely unacceptable service.
All my crew socks started developing holes within a few months of use. Upon contacting the company I was told that as more than 30 days had elapsed, all they could do was offer me a discount with my next purchase. This suggests that they only expect their socks to be good for 1 month. Extreme disappointed
I ordered socks for Christmas presents 11/28. Today is 1/2 and nothing. I have written the company 3 times and no response. If there are more people like me, I would like to get a class action together against these scammers
Packs had a great sale taking place. I placed an order only to be told that the socks were no longer available! Don't offer them, if you don't have them!
I ordered socks for a gift for my wife and I've only received on email confirming the order receipt. No method of tracking the order or anything, just left in limbo. Never again, seems any company that advertise on FB, is a red flag. 3 pairs of socks for $50 seems rather expensive.
The product is soft and lovely. The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. I sent them 3 emails and never heard back. Shipping my order took over a week. I finally emailed them to cancel my order. Instead of responding to me they just shipped my order. Very sad as I enjoyed the product but have instructed my friends to NOT purchase as they can't even respond to an email. Will not purchase again. There are better companies that deserve my money.
The women's low cut socks developed holes after less than 2 months of wear. When I contacted the company they said that as it was more than 1 month from purchase they were unwilling to provide a refund or replacement. This suggests to me that they only expect their socks to last for 1 month.
I would leave a 0 rating if I could. Funny how every review on their website is 5 stars, but look elsewhere and you'll see a lot of unhappy customers for good reason. Ordered 11/30/21. Shipped on 12/09/21 after I emailed and complained, which they never answered. 10 days later, still never received, sent another email, no response. They did finally get here on day 20, and I was not impressed. You can buy much nicer socks elsewhere without the hassle. I will never buy from Pacas again. Customer service does not exist.
Purchased $300 worth of products in the beginning of November. Company has ghosted me. Never received the items, zero communication replies from customer service, no refunds. Basically stole my money. Super bummed. It was a big purchase for me that I have been saving for. Feel taken advantage of.
On July 12 received email saying shipment would be delayed due to material problems. Still no further news. Yet I receive offers to buy even more and offering 3 pairs free. Might add the charges have already gone on my Amex. I expected the charge would appear on shipment. Not an auspicious start for a new relationship.
No problem placing the order or processing payment for the order. After that, nothing. Current status on Day 11 is "order placed." No estimated shipping date, no shipping pickup date, nothing except, "Due to extreme demand, we are experiencing a delay in responding to tickets but are doing everything we can to get to everyone in a timely manner. We will be in touch as soon as possible! In the meantime, please below for our commonly asked questions." Everyone else I've ordered from this Christmas has been much more efficient in processing and shipping orders. Won't use again even if the product is terrific.

I bought Pacas socks twice in 2021 and loved them, prompt delivery with no issues. In Oct. 2022 I placed a large order to give to family for the holidays, and ordered early to get the 'holiday discount'. The funds were paid through Paypal immediately but I have not received any socks, my order is still listed as 'unfulfilled' 3 months after ordering. I have contacted the company by email and through their website multiple times with no response at all.
Do not believe this company! They have non-existent customer service, which will bite them in the a*s soon enough - or not soon enough for me. I ordered 8 pairs and was sent the wrong socks - lemon yellow instead of white. They will not respond to their customer service email, and there is no other way to contact them. It is also important to note that you cannot leave a negative review on their website, which is the only reason that they have a perfect rating on their website. The socks are nice, although less than half alpaca content. But be prepared to get the wrong thing, or as others have noted here, get nothing at all with no recourse.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
