My first order took a very long time to arrive, but each order since was much quicker! The socks are expensive, but less than any other alpaca socks I have priced,
I did not realize that they were going to be such a heavy sock. Too thick. Do not like them.
I need the more light weight. Now I am trying to return same and am having a hard time getting a label so I can send them back and then order the light weight/
The socks got here quickly. I really appreciate the fact that these socks are so comfortable and very soft!
Easy peasy. One of my best AND most practical purchases. Having (al)pacas at my feet is like a warm and loving hug.
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIER PRODUCTS. These people are not to be trusted.
I am still waiting for my product purchased on Nov 25th (today is Jan 13th). They have stopped answering my emails.
I reported them to my credit card company and got a credit until they resolve the issue.
It was very easy! Delivery was about 5 days as promised.
Easy to order. Wish you had women's wide-calf compression knee socks. Like that they are made partially from wool.
Softest socks ever, great for gifts or just for yourself
Quick and easy and a great product!
Would buy again any day- very soft!
Great selection. Quick and easy. Just wish they would of let me know when the item shipped. I got an order confirmation and then an "out for delivery today". Nothing in between.
I bought Pacas socks twice in 2021 and loved them, prompt delivery with no issues. In Oct. 2022 I placed a large order to give to family for the holidays, and ordered early to get the 'holiday discount'. The funds were paid through Paypal immediately but I have not received any socks, my order is still listed as 'unfulfilled' 3 months after ordering. I have contacted the company by email and through their website multiple times with no response at all.
Easy to order web page. Love it. Fit so well and so warm on my feet. Wash up great. Will order again.
The shopping experience was very smooth which I really appreciate.
Still waiting for an order placed a month ago, tracing process more complex than it should be
Got the wrong pair of socks and have never heard back from customer service. They are comfortable socks, but the company behind them needs some work when they mess up.
Easy to follow. Super fast shipping, and, Alaska, no less.
Everything is always great! Quality products. Quality service.
The inside of sock have a lot of springy yarn. One sock doesn't look like it was made correctly. A line shows on the outside of the sock. Is that normal?
The socks are soft.
Ordered December 10,2022. They charged my credit card for entire order. $110. Never received any shipping updates. Next, received an email, asking how I like my order. Never received any order! I have emailed 5 times and have received NO response. Non-existent customer service. When I track my order, it hasn't gone beyond "the order placed" Would definitely NOT recommend.
I bought these socks less than a year ago, and have only worn them during colder months (about 6 months total). The quality is great, although they are not warm enough for temperatures below 30 degrees, in my experience. They have also started to wear down on the back part of my ankle, which hasn't happened to other pairs of socks I own. It's a shame, because they are expensive yet have already started to wear down.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
