In keeping with most reviews on here I also give them one star. I ordered a Panther 55-0410 and paid for it. Kept checking for a week to see when it shipped with no luck. Called customer service and told it takes 2-3 "business days" to ship. Fine, I get that. 5 "business days" later still no shipment. I call again and they say it is on backorder which is someting they could have told me when I ordered it. Now, it is going to be 3-4 weeks before back in stock, 2 days to fill the order and 7 days with FedEX (another loser) for delivery. This item was $50 cheaper than Amazon but in reality is nothing more than click bait and futures speculation. I see this as lying and deception. If this is how Overton's does business I want no part of them and I buy a LOT of boat parts.
Ordered corner dock bumpers based on photos. However, photo did not disclose the features on reverse side of bumpers which made them unusable. For $54 product, I had to pay shipping of $10 and then $26 to ship them back! Never again. The website catalog is very poorly developed with no real explanation of products.

Customer service wasn't concerned in the slightest about the issue. "I'll get them when I get them".
No tracking number provided when I ordered. No mention of partial order shipping.
I Ordered & paid for seats in June 2021, someone messed up order & we received partial delivery! Had to re order missing seats in September, It's now February 2022 & I'm still missing 2 seats! Where are my seats? I call & call, all I ever get is bs... Buyers beware, shop somewhere else, not worth it!

This company should be shut down! They are tied in with Good Sam and are a scam. Called several times after trying to unsubscribe from their 3-4 times a day spam mail. Do not buy from this company. No customer service and absolutely do not care about you. Just look at their reviews.
Would never ever order from them again. The adult life vests don't fit adults. They want us to pay for shipping back, even asked for the proof of the vests on an adult. Showed them the pictures we took and we are still responsible for shipping.
I placed a $2800. 00 order in August 2021, it's now February 2022 and they cannot find my order. I have called several times and they keep saying they are going to call me back, yet I do not receive a response. Even worse they charged my card back in August so now my credit card company is saying it's too late to make a claim. Now I have to try the legal system to get my money back.
I recently bought an XL/L FullThrottle Lifejacket from Overtons. It is not buoyant. It fills up with water and becomes very heavy. This is very dangerous considering it supposed to do the opposite. Overtons wont take it back or give me a refund.
So I ordered replacement pontoon seats in late February and according to the website they were available to buy and would be delivered on 3/13-14/24 so about the 9th I start getting pieces in and after about 12-14 boxes are delivered it was determined that the seats were missing for the sofas. I called and was assured I'd get them in the next day or 2. Still nothing and now I'm told May is the soonest they can get them back in stock and then they'll ship my seats. I'm not happy with that. Had I known they were not available I would have chosen something else that was available.
Shop elsewhere, nothing but problems all while being lied to. Ordered one thing and got something completely different, the cheaper version of what I ordered. Said 3 to 5 business days and got 3 weeks later. As far as the return, I'm on my 4th time calling over a two week span because they have not credited my credit card. The one star rating by most all is pretty damn accurate! If there was a 0, that's what I would be eating overtone's at. SERIOUSLY BUY ELSEWHERE
I ordered cover for my Sea Ray 220 and was told it would be delivered in mid May 2023. I needed the cover in the first week of June 2023 but did not deliver. So I cancelled the order at the end of June. I then went on the trip to pick up my boat and I bought a cover at Menards that was much cheaper and worked very well for my 600 mile trip. Two weeks after I returned home in late July I received the cover. When I called Overtons I was told to call back the next week for status. When I called back they had altered the on line description to state that once the cover was ordered it could not be cancelled. That's what I call fraud on Overton's part.
I've noted below that I have written an honest review. The form notes that it would be against the law if I wasn't honest. That's odd. Overtons has been dishonest with me and that should be against the law.
I ordered bunk wrap that according to the website was in stock. The following day after the order was placed I received an email stating that the item is back ordered. Calling customer service to check the status I was told that the item would ship on the 5th of September 2023. After calling customer support again I wast told that my order was approximately 4 weeks out. Don't wast your time or money with this company. The one star rating is only because that is the lowest rating I could give.
I bought a Bimini top based on the dimensions provided on their website it should have fit. I called them back and they sent me an email on how to return the item. I go to return the item it costs me as much as I paid for it to ship it back I reached out to their customer service and they said they were going to send me a shipping label called back in 2 weeks and now they act like they never said that and are not responding to my emails
I ordered a grill mount. It took two weeks to get here even after I paid for expedited shipping. When it arrived it was damaged an missing parts. I emailed, tried their chat and phone customer service. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Could not get anyone. I am now disputing the charges. Don't order anything from them!
I don't know how they stay in business! I've called half a dozen times held on line for 35 min. I've emailed to cancel my order as it's been over 2 weeks and they're in the United States and have yet to ship my order! Summer will be over and I'll probably still be waiting! I don't recommend you buy anything from this company!
Ordered edging for our boat dock and even though we had full intentions to use it, our dock has an overhang on the top edge. Absolutely cannot adapt it and they are telling me I have to pay the shipping! That would be a third of the cost of the product! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
Forced to take delivery three months after order. They informed me a week after they claimed item was in stock to say there was a backlog. Did not allow items to be cancelled and cannot get straight answer on how to return item. Be aware of their techniques to not cancel. Also Marcus offer to return calls or emails is a joke. Never heard back. He doesn't care even though he leaves an impression he is there for the consumer.
I have multiple gift cards with their business name on the website but they are refusing to honor them. Poor business even one of the other businesses on the card are no longer open. Absolutely poor customer service when I tried to obtain help about this as well!
I have been trying to check on why an order will not ship, when I have confirmed by phone the items are in stock. Credit card was charged immediately. I have ordered from these folks for years, but do your self a favor and stick with Amazon.

Answer: Live chat seemed almost immediately available, but representatives have no power to resolve issues nor do they have any information regarding items they list. Researching the item I was after showed it had been discontinued by the manufacturer and would no longer be available, but online reps kept insisting that the item could be back ordered f I waited long enough. Maybe I'd believe them if it wasn't for the literally hundreds of reviews calling out the exact same scam. Chat Reps had snippy, dismissive attitude as noted in many, many reviews. The reps know they are working for a scam organization and they're cool with it.
