This is one of my favorite places to shop online. I received a damaged item once and they replaced it very quickly without any stress or problems. They offer good quality merchandise and it arrives very quickly. I highly recommend them.
On first glance Overstock's prices seem reasonable; however, in many cases I've found the identical items elsewhere online for considerably less! Overstock refuses to match prices with Amazon, Walmart, etc., so ultimately I've made my purchases from other online sites. Be sure to research items you are interested in!
We have found items on overstock we didn't even know was made. I couldn't count everything we've bought through overstock on 10 sets of hands and toes. Quality products are readily available is just about every category I can think of, we love the ease of shopping the great prices, easy checkout and fantastic shipping. If I wasn't already married I might try to court Overstock..
They offer diamonds and expensive items with virtually no warranty. A sketchy return policy and do not respond to customer emails about unsavory corporate donations to orgs that misrepresent dog breeds.
When I had just moved across the country, I had almost nothing, and certainly didn't have a bed. I had searched for weeks, but couldn't find anything within my budget that didn't look like dorm room furniture. Finally found a classy but well priced vintage, rustic bed frame AND a memory foam mattress for an incredible price on Overstock. Love it :)
Things are usually a really good deal and are very nice quality. They are always as pictured and just as described. So far shipping has always been free for me. I have ordered really large items that needed to be returned that I thought would be a problem, but wasn't that big of a deal. For example, I ordered an 8 X 10 rug for my family room. It was so beautiful and just like the picture, but just didn't work in my room. I went on-line, and they helped me with the return even printed the shipping label. It was surprisingly cheap. Only $18 to ship it back. I thought it would be much more since the thing was so big and bulky. They told me where to drop it off. I think there may have been an little more expensive option to have it picked up at my house. I have ordered quite a few large home items from them and have been really happy with them.
I ordered an item 4/22/16 in anticipation of Mother's Day as I purchased a gift. I could have ordered from other sites but opted for Overstock for free shipping. The item shows as delivered on 4/29/16 in WASHINGTON State. I live in FLORIDA. I even went as far as to review my order details to ensure I entered the proper shipping address (I did).
I know that it's likely not the fault of Overstock for an incorrect delivery however, when I contacted Overstock Customer Service they advised they'd request a "trace" via UPS to locate the package and it could take 1-4 business days. It would then take another 1-2 business days to prepare the new item for shipment and another 5-7 business days to be delivered. Clearly, I will not receive the item in time and I'm unable to cancel the order to purchase elsewhere.
The rep was unwilling to assist in trying to get the item to me in time for Mother's Day. I should have opted to purchase elsewhere and paid shipping. UGH.
Their website is confusing and unclear, but it seems like they have good deals. I never bought from them to be honest because I don't know if I should trust them or not.
Have ordered over $600.00 from them and haven't had any problems. They stand behind their company and products. The merchandise arrives within 2 weeks. I will have long time business with this company.
Better prices than most of the competition, but then again, the quality of their merchandise isn't top-rate either.
Love this place for the selection, but hate it for the cheap quality and the fact that many times, what you get is not the same as what you see in the picture. You really have to read the reviews to figure out if the item is worth purchasing or not, so I spend a lot of time doing that.
They have so much and prices are great too. Lots of coupons and sales.

I just received my first and last order from Overstock.com, I had ordered a 10pc Bed in Bag, not a bad price $73.00, Opened it and there were only 8 pieces. Two of the pillows were missing, not only that, but that batting was bad, there was some in part of the comforter and some not. The first wash it will be done. I had called about the the pillows and was told they would check the warehouse, got an email a couple days later and was told they can't be found, why would they be out of the bag in the first place. I would have returned the whole set if I didn't wash the sheets before checking out the comforter.
Brought a pair of shoes from them before... they were okay... I cant complain for the price. I guess... but u get what u pay for... the site overall is quite nice. I think the shoe was a little "off"...
