Overstock shipped me their version of a "New" sink. Damaged (dented) with parts in a torn and poorly taped box contained inside a store bought sandwich zip-lock bag. Now I may have to kerp this big box containing used & damaged item for almost two weeks before OS's contracted Carier can retrieve it from my home for return. Not worth the aggravation and deceptive sales practice. Stay away.

Anyone else had problems with their delivery time? I placed my order 7 weeks ago. I have contacted them three times with the same answer each time. "It is on it's way to you and it stated in the order it would take a few weeks." I have not had any kind of update on my order since it said it was shipped and they are giving me no information!
Second time I purchase an item from them and it is hell to get a refund. First time it took endless emails, calls, pictures, donation letter to get a refund. This time nothing worked after several emails and sending everything they wanted they said I had pulled tags for pictures which made returned invalid yet they never advices me not too and tags were at the bottom of the item. I haven't spends thousands wihbthe throught the years over 3k in the last items I ordered. Never again, they constantly make mistakes, don't value customers and have zero customer service every time you call is a different answer. Thieves is all I have to say
After receiving half my order of dining room chairs, spending hours putting them together, I was informed the other half(4) chairs were out of stock. It took over 7 days to process the order before they wereeven sent out, it took almost 2 weeks to receive half an order. Now they say they are in stock, but they have been "priocesding" for days. They should have been overnighted- bad service

I am so upset! I Purchsed two beautiful wooden bar stools through Overstock on EBay in December. I noticed the screws kept coming loose and would tighten them up. Yesterday, I flipped them both over and much to my chagrin, noticed that both had cracks in the rings that allow chairs to swivel. Both cracks on both chairs are in the exact same place. When I contacted Overstock they refuse to do anything to help. This company is a complete ripoff!
I loved the bassinet I bought from here. It was name brand, beautiful, greatly priced, and came in at a timely fashion.
We bought a pair of shoes that turned out too small. I contacted them and was told that I should ship them back for a full refund. I returned my purchase over a month ago and still did not receive the refund. Contacted overstock and been promised a refund but still no refund. Overstock said refund should be processed within 5 days. The refund tracking on their website showed that the return merchandise was delivered over a month ago, March 28,2017 to be specific. I had to contact my credit card company to intervene. You can really waste a lot of valuable time shopping at overstock.com
We ordered a credenza on April 12,2017. Finally were promised delivery three weeks later on May 3rd between 1:00 and 5:00. At 4:00 we got a call saying they would not be able to deliver on that day after all. They said they could deliver on the 4th between 8:00 and 12:00. My wife was having a colonoscopy done at 8:00 that day, so we said we would not be home. We asked for the afternoon. We were told no. Then they said it would be 7 to 10 days before delivery. We ended up canceling the order. No one from Overstock ever tried to get in touch with us and it has been a week today. We will never order from this company again.
I recently brought a swivel bar stool. When I opened the stool I decided to send it back because I assumed it was two stool for the price I paid. I had a live chat with the intent to return the stool or purchasing an additional stool. I notice within a week the price increased $34. I asked for a refund and a return label. So the rep gave me BS you a valued you customer, if you keep the stool and I give it too you the purchased price will that be alright. I thought about it. I said, as long as I don't pay the increase price. I gave the jackass my information verified the height and same color. When the invoice displayed he charged me the current price of $189. When I complain we disconnected. Contacted another rep. The process took another 45 minutes. She was nice. My order was canceled, a shipping label was sent via email. I was told, I would receive a refund 3-5 days. I had 45 days to return the stool. I returned the stool within two day. Now I'm told I will receive the refund once they receive the stool.
I will never ever order from them again. Walmart and Amazon don't have their customer waiting for your refund that long. I order three items from Overstock, it's amazing how all three items increase in price within a week. Yet they say don't have anything to do with pricing. That's ridiculous.
I purchased a blue area rug from Overstock, when the item arrived, the color is not quite blue, it's between greenish and blueish, it didn't fit my room color skim at all. So I returned it in the next day, but they charged $25 for the shipping. I spent a lot time to looking for the right rug, in the end, I have to pay $25 for the problem of their website's color miss-up, this is not fair! Be-careful, when you try to place an order from this company.
The last thing I ordered from Overstock was a pair of SKECHERS shoes. They took a while something like 10 days. They came from Caiif. I live on the east coast in CT. Anyhow the were shipped from shoebuy.com! I checked their website and the shoes were 10 dollars cheaper. I contacted Overstock and told them this and they said the best they could do was give me astore credit for the 10 bucks. Well I decided to use the 10 dollar credit to buy a 73 dollar mattress cover. I ended up checking Amazon same Mattress cover was 56 dollars and free shipping. I said I just want to get rid of that store credit and not shop at Overstock anymore. So I ordered it on Fri. 4/ 28 it's now Wed. 5/3 and the order is still processing. They said 1 to 2 days to process and 3 to 6 days to ship! Yeah right! I am so done with Overstock.com! Never again..
So I bought a television set from Overstock.com approximately two years ago and I also brought the 2 year Warranty as well just for my own protection. Luckily I did as the LG TV that has shown so beautifully, has started to act up consistently. The picture had began to get start and blinky, I thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me, however, my eyes were just fine. I then called Overstock.com Repair Service
This TV picture started getting blinky, shadowy after about a year, the picture is like a bad flashlight, I don't think That this Tv is still being made. As if they want to frustrate me into submission or defeat. But I will keep writing... Do not buy their electronics or appliances because when they go bad they will not fix them at all, they will break their parts and then send them back broken, they are dishonest and they will not honor your warranty! Beware of Overstock.com and their repair department...
Now I have to send my LG Model 32LB5600 tv for repairs for a second time as Overstock.com Repair Department for them to again repair my television yet again, even though they wrote back to me to say that they found no issues with my tv.
ASURION are the Insurers for Overstock.com, however their department is called Overstock.com Repairs... Go figure. I paid for a television and a warranty for 2 years and now I cannot even get my television repaired. I was told all sorts of lies from Overstock.com Repairs and have been inconvenienced greatly for about a month so far and still counting. I have not been reimbursed for my tv even though a Supervisor promised that he would be making sure that I either get a new television set or I get a reimbursement.
I would advise anyone reading this review to be careful of Overstock.com Repair Department/Asurion. They will not honor your warranty.

I was in the market for two bathroom vanities. Given that I was buying online and knew I'd have to deal with delivery inspection and possible return if damaged, I decided to buy both from one place. I chose overstock because they had the vanity I wanted for my master bath priced $400 less than other sites. The second vanity they didn't have in the color I wanted, but I figured I would compromise a bit.
Order placed on Friday. On Saturday, I got a notice that one vanity shipped. I logged in to see What happened to the master bathroom vanity and saw that it was cancelled!
I called Overstock and a customer service rep told me that they made a mistake and while it said that they had 4 vanities in stock, they actually had none. So their policy was to cancel just that part of my order, without ANY notification to me. I told the customer service rep to cancel the rest of the order. He assured me he would do so first thing Monday, since no one was available on the warehouse side to do that over the weekend (funny, considering that I had just got a notice from their system advising me that they shipped my order on a Saturday...)
So I was angry, but he promised to cancel the order. So at least I didn't have to worry about that...
I tweeted out my disappointment and some online marketing guy from Overstock reached out to me all concerned about my experience. I explained what happened and asked him to double-check that the order was fully cancelled Monday, at the very first opportunity.
At 8 pm today (Monday) he emailed me to say Ithat the vanity was on the way to me and I would have to reject the vanity delivery when it comes. Oh, and get this, they would be charging me to ship the vanity back with the freight fee "unknown at this time"!
Does anyone believe that 1) they didn't know how much inventory they have, considering all of their orders are electronic? Or 2) that overstock could not contact their own warehouse or their own distributor to stop a shipment?!?!
But hey, they were all very polite and even told me they think of me as their family. Unreal.
OverPRICED.com is the absolute WORST. I have my own Overstock card & someone else in my house has their own Overstock card & because we both used the same exact log in site (same email address) they stopped both of us from buying from them even though all the requested info (Driver License and SELFIE!) were sent to them they said that "because you both used the same email account (not card) to log in with, we consider it fraud"! This has nothing to do with Comenity Bank, only Overstock themselves. Plus the delivery time via "O" can take weeks vs just days with Amazon. When I spoke with the Overstock fraud dept they actually treated ME like I was a criminal & REFUSED to unblock our accounts, then they actually hung up on me! I was VERY nice to them & did NOT deserve to be treated as I had done something wrong. STAY AWAY FROM OVERSTOCK!
ALL our business will stay with Amazon or Target.
Very bad costumer services and very bad company I order set of dining room i received only 2 chairs when I called to ask where my rest stuff of my dining room they told me oh issue happen they post the price online wrong so for this price you can take only 2 chairs oh return them to us i dont care about ur $#*!ing issue if you post it online i have the right to receive my complete order for the same price its your issues not mine send me my set back liar people
The worst company ever for caring about there customers. It's so clear this company could care less about keeping customers. I order a simple vanity and mirror they had my money from the day I ordered it. Was promised a date than another finally after a lot of wasted time on the phone for hours with no result I cancelled it and put a dispute in with my credit card. Sad thing on my part was I could of bought the same thing from wayfair but I was trying to save a buck, never ever again this was my first and last experience from overstock.com and would warn ever single person to stay away from this company. My fault is I should of researched them before I order because if I had done that I would seen the bad reviews. People need to go to the BBB site and read the bad reviews cause I agreed with them all cause I Had the same problems they had. Glen Beck should be ashamed of promoting such a company on his Network cause overstock.com absolutely have no values to honor their customers.
So nice supplies for house are all in one shop. The quality seems to be vey good and it cannot but make me happy with my purchases here.
DoNOT USE OVERSTOCK WORSE SERVICE AND OVERSTOCK IS OVER PRICE. OVER STOCK charged me $89 dollars for a comforter and I saw the same comforter for $49.00. Just dropped it near the door.
Answer: Hey, I would be very careful. I have transacted with Overstock three times and I don't believe there is as much security in terms of guarantee as with Amazon. And, if you buy items fulfilled by Amazon (meaning the product ships from Amazon's warehouse) you are even more guaranteed. For example, I bought some dinner napkins from an Amazon seller, fulfilled by Amazon. They were not what they were supposed to be and Amazon issued me a credit immediately and scheduled UPS to pick up my item to return. I'm very confident that with Amazon you will get quality service and if the product is not as described or substandard you will be in better hands especially with Amazon fulfilled items. Overstock is just not up to par and I wouldn't purchase something like a medicated cream from Overstock until they get it together.
