Additionally, we noticed that you purchased pre-assigned seats in the original booking and requested that they be transferred to the exchanged tickets. As per the terms and conditions, the seat assignments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for a flight cancellation or change initiated by the validating carrier. As a gesture of goodwill, the seats were transferred and successfully assigned.

I've used Ovago just one time and was a bit disappointed that I was not notified of changes to my itinerary. I would have been completely unaware if I had not been checking on the flights myself. To their credit though, Ovago reacted quickly to my inquiries and worked to correct the inconsistencies. But...the action that they indicated would happen within 24 hours did not happen within 48, and I had to follow-up with another inquiry. Again Customer Service's response was timely and this time the issue was resolved. Not sure whether I will use Ovago again though.
Over satisfactory experience however little disappointed with the details shown on final review page was showing incorrect DOB even after providing correct details. It seems a bug with your interface. Rest everything was good.

Booked with British Airways through Ovago. Saved money on the price of the ticket, however Ovago wanted an absurdly high price to select a seat on the plane. Had I done so, the savings from booking directly with the airline company would have been lost. The friend who encouraged me to use Ovago through Sky Planner is a frequent traveler and content with the company, although no flight seat for her either.
