I have twice been charged for sending back dirty clothes. I have never done that. IF I try clothes on, then it is simply to see what they look like on me. I immediately take them off and pack them if I don't want them. I think it's just Another way to get money from the consumers. Extremely disappointed. The bras and panties are nice but not sorghum the money
Every month I look forward to my new box! & always keep at least a couple items.
I love that my feedback is heard when I return items. I've only returned an entire box one time. Every other time, I've been so pleasantly surprised with the variety and my stylists ability to choose what works for me.
My stylist really gets me. I love everything I receive... perfect fit also.
I have found some items that I really love! However, there is not much variety to the boxes. I feel like all the items are pretty similar. In the last box, I had the same shirt just different colors. I would have preferred something different. Even the styles of the clothes are all very similar. If that was diversified a bit more then this would be a great service. It's so easy to return the box and it is exciting having that box show up and trying on new things. The box is a little large too. Everything I have gotten so far could fit in a box half the size. I plan on continuing for now but if not much is different I may not continue.
I have received a lot of loungewear and sports bras - but that's not what I'm looking for. Seems no matter how I update my profile, I still receive the same kind of thing. Further, the few things I have received that I've LOVED have been huge. And I can't seem to reorder in the appropriate size. I will try one more box, but I'm not impressed so far.
I used the service in 2020 for about 8 months and had great success. I stopped my subscription since it was monthly and had gotten a large inventory of items. I turned my subscription back on this year, in the few months that I've reused the service I've been charged twice for damaged good on return. I am very particular on making sure that I put the items back in the original packaging. I also had one item that I never even opened and still got a damage fee. I feel like they are trying to garner extra revenue by charging these fees. I never once received a damage fee in 2020 and am very careful when I try items on.
I like some of the clothes but not all. Wrong sizes, ugly colors and too many swim suits
I wanted to try a new company after using Stitch Fix. I was not disappointed in my choices! I had a great variety to choose from and everything fit perfectly.
I like most all that's sent to me. And the size is always right. Makes me venture out my co. Fort zone. I like it

The only reason why I bought these was because I thought that they stay up on me and not slip down but they do, I would love to cancel my subscription please and thank I will not buy these ever again. Thank you for allowing me to try these..
I actually liked my first box and had things i would not have picked myself. Definitely will order more boxes
I have received 3 orders from Outlines and have loved everything they have sent me.
I received a fee for an item I didn't even try on. I took it out of the package, looked at it and put it back in the package and they charged me a damage fee of $20.00 for a product to purchase was only $14.00
Ive only had two Boxes. The first one was a miss but the second one I got better outfits. I didn't give it a give cause I wish I can get more clothes than lingerie and also the prices are a bit too high for me to pick more than one or two items. But aside from that beautiful clothes, great quality, excellent service, no complaints about that.

Seems like a great deal at first but really the items are very expensive for what you get. The bonus is, it comes to your door and is picked for you. But beware! If you have any issues at all, there isn't anyone to contact! You will get their "sister" company who can only email someone that you want to talk to them and "hopefully" they will get back to you in 48-72 hours.
