Placed an order on 3/16/20. They charged my card on the 17th. By the 26th after 3 emails went unanswered and nothing sent (I paid the additional $2.99Priorty Processing) I sent another email (unanswered), phone calls: no one picks up. Chat: someone responded saying that the employees there don't have access to emails because of Covid. Refused to give me an address. I contacted the Attorney General of Hawaii (Clare E. Connors) and Treg R. Taylor Att. Gen of Alaska.

Otaku Regime is a scam, do not order! This is my first and last experience with these scammers: As of this moment. Otaku Regime has charged me for my purchase I made on May 26. Estimated delivery date was June 4-June 10. After not receiving my package during those days I contacted them many times through email, chat and phone. None of my emails were answered. The chat is always off even during "business hours". Today I find their website to be shut down! All the previous tracking links I was sent are now "unavailable". I called and no one will pick up the phone! They are off the grid at this exact moment. I got scammed and I want my money back! I will report these scammers to every department and law enforcement possible. OTAKU REGIME. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Beware!

On 2 May 2021 I ordered 2 shirts (Spring Bulma XL and Yusuke Regime XL). I also purchased the expedited shipping for $30 so that it would arrive in time for a friends birthday. The projected shipping stated 15 May - 17 June 2021 even with the expedited shipping. When i tracked the shipping i would be redirected to a "website unavailable". Wasted my time and money.

Ordered a $500 before discounts and was immediately sent my info and so on. A month later I get a package and it's just this shirt. Upon making contact once they realized they had messed their order up and sent me one of like 14 items they told me management would contact. One month later I still can't get ahold of anyone and no one has bothered to explain why I haven't been updated or anything has been shipped in 2 months. Fast forward another month I finally get ahold of someone, after opening a dispute with Sezzle in which I expressed me desire to retain my items ordered if possible but I wanted to take counter measures after researching this company online only to realize they apparently have a habit of doing this, and they tell me my package should be sent within a week and blamed their printers. Today after no explanation, 3 months and an unnecessary amount of effort and stress on my end I received a refund order through Sezzle. Terrible customer service, awful management and the shirt I did receive wasn't even high quality. I was charged $70 for a shirt I could've got for $30 on Crunchyroll and an insane wait. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with any merchant. The blatant disrespect and lack of personable service is downright unacceptable. I'm not a negative review kind of guy. Generally even if slightly displeased I try to understand there are variables that not everyone can control or effect. But I would never use anything even related to this company again and I strongly urge potential customers to look up reviews before attempting to make a purchase. Apparently one man had to go as far as contacting a government official in Alaska to open a lawsuit or confront the company on this exact issue. Don't sell items if you don't have them and if you are going through a lucrative printing and shipping process perhaps contact you're customers? I would give Zero stars if possible.

I ordered back in March and never received anything. I've emailed the shop and got no response from them. I want my money back. I filed an claim with Shopify and waiting for an response from them.

Ordered my shirt 3/19/21 (two months ago) and it still hasn't shipped. The tracking remains unchanged, yet I was charged for the item as soon as I ordered. I've emailed several times with no response. I've tried the chat feature several times, making sure to be on Hawaii business time and waiting 15-20 minutes each time—no response. I've tried calling, again during Hawaii business time, no response. I reached out to their Instagram account and was told they were just social media, not customer service and couldn't help. I understand covid delays. What I don't understand is a lack of communication and charging your customer for a product that never shipped. I want a refund. I'm about to report a a fraudulent charge to my bank if this doesn't resolve soon. Total scam.

My items were packed very well and I appreciated all the little extra things sent with it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Second time ordering from Otaku Regime. Honestly there shipping times for clothes is pretty fast atleast here in Florida. Quality is pretty good and nice cotton. Would rate 5 stars if they add more designs and collections and if response time is a little faster. I emailed to get a custom order in and took 2 days to respond but i guess thats normal during a pandemic.
