Ordered my shirt 3/19/21 (two months ago) and it still hasn't shipped. The tracking remains unchanged, yet I was charged for the item as soon as I ordered. I've emailed several times with no response. I've tried the chat feature several times, making sure to be on Hawaii business time and waiting 15-20 minutes each timeāno response. I've tried calling, again during Hawaii business time, no response. I reached out to their Instagram account and was told they were just social media, not customer service and couldn't help. I understand covid delays. What I don't understand is a lack of communication and charging your customer for a product that never shipped. I want a refund. I'm about to report a a fraudulent charge to my bank if this doesn't resolve soon. Total scam.
