It takes about 30 days to get purchases from Oshoplive if you live in the US. Clothes I bought were not as described and too small. I emailed them several times to get an address but they just keep telling me to keep the items and they would refund me $20. The clothes I bought was over $100.00. I insisted on a full refund. I finally contacted PayPal after a month of trying to get an address to send items back. I filed a complaint against Oshoplive. PayPal gave me their address and told me how to send the items back. PayPal did an investigation on Oshoplive and ruled in my favor. I got a full refund. I will never order anything from Oshoplive again.

Man, I'm bummed because this is the first bad review I ever had to write in my life, up till today. I ordered, the cloths did not match the images on the pictures and were very low in quality. When asking to return them they made me a low-ball offer to keep them instead or pay for the return delivery myself. I chose to return them and sent them to the provided address. The package could not be delivered according to DHL. Now they will not refund my money. They say they had 28 US$ costs and that's why they will only refund me the remaining 40 US$. No words. Worst company ever.

I ordered several dresses for a trip to Hawaii. I ordered express shipping 2-7 days in plenty of time before my trip. A week before my trip, I still had not received the items. I contacted the service site and it took a while to get an answer. They responded that they were on the way. They could not tell me where the items were. The tracking number revealed no information. Needless to say, I received the items AFTER I returned home from my trip. I was leery to open the package because it didn't even look big enough to hold 4 dresses. I was SO disappointed. The fabric, quality and sewing of the items was poor. The dresses were a lot smaller than how described. It was truly a sad, disappointing experience. After reading the reviews, I see it will be impossible to get my money back. Lesson learned. DO NOT be deceived by the photos!

I was in a search of dresses which contain good quality, reliability along with affordability then I come across this online store for women. I searched for my type of dress there and WAO! I found, I did not find that dress elsewhere. I ordered my item and what I found was a super amazing product. I am totally satisfied with the services, clothes and quality. I will definitely shop again as It's the best site for women clothing with new and latest styles.

I ordered the polka dot bohemian spaghetti strap maxi dress in medium according to the measurements listed on the website. Dress arrived and it was too small. I took pictures using a measuring tape showing that the dress was 12 inches too short (40 inches long vs, 52 inches as advertised) and the bust was 31 inches versus. 34.6 inches. Customer service first offered to refund me $5 for my trouble, then offered me $7. I wanted a full refund, since in my opinion, the dress is faulty and the mistake was not mine. Finally, I got fed up and took the $7 so I wouldn't have to deal with this any more. This is what you can expect when dealing with this company.

Tried rating zero stars but wasn't able to. This site is a complete joke. The clothing is total junk and nothing is as shown on the site. Sizes are inaccurate the quality is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is obscene. You're better off shopping at thrift stores. This is the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had and I am furious over the small fortune I spent and am waiting for my money to be refunded for the absolutely horrific pieces that are nothing like the pictures.

After 2 months waiting, finally got notification (instead of courier delivery which was mentioned courier to my direct address), i have to pick up from the post office which again i have to pay the cost of another dress~!
The dress looks horrible, poor cotton which literally see through, the size is not as per described. Very disappointed, paying the price of the 2 dress getting 1 dress which i wouldn't even put on.
