I brought my dog on 10/04/19 to GreenAcres PetSmart Grooming. My dog's (Buju) groomer name was Jules C. I paid $80 to get my dog (Buju) bathe, cut and to clip his nails. When I returned I noticed that they did not bathe him. When I complained I was told that the groomer Jules C had left for the day. I was so upset because I had paid extra for them to bathe him with a specific shampoo. I told the manager Lisa what had happened and she told me to come back and they would bathe this time for me. We brought him back the following day and when he was picked up he had a blood shot eye. I am devasted! They abuse Buju because they were upset with me complaining about the service. They need to be investigated and locked up for animal abuse! Please review your camera for 10/05/19 when he was brought back in.

The package came from China and the material is the worse I have EVER seen. It was like a teenage sewed the clothes. Additionally, I emailed them for the return address and they refuse to give it to me. I had to call my credit card company to handle the situation and get a replacement card. Please be careful!
