They send me items - very bad quality, when i return back, they not accept my parcel and send me back again! The items are totaly different like on photos. And their refund politics not work!

I ORDERED A DRESS BACK ON 5 MARCH 2018 REQUESTING EXPRESS POST.

I SENT AN EMAIL.

NOTHING.

I HAVE NOW GOT PAYPAL INVOLVED TO TRY TO RESOLVE IT. THEY FINALLY RESPONDED ON 28 MARCH SAYING THEY HAVE FOUND MY ORDER AND WOULD SEND IT. I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE SENT IT.

NOTHING.

IT IS NOW 31 MARCH. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

IT IS NOW 22 APRIL 2018. I RECEIVED A PARCEL FROM THEM YESTERDAY, LIKE 7 WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT. HOWEVER, I ORDERED A RED VELVET LONG SLEEVE DRESS XL. WHAT I GOT WAS A YELLOW DRESS THAT WAS SMALL AND HAD NO SLEEVES, AND IT WAS FALLING APART. OH AND WITH THAT WAS A CHEAP NECKLACE. BACK TO PAYPAL I GO. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, DON'T DO IT. IF THERE IS A GOOD REVIEW ON HERE, IT IS PROBABLY THEM PUTTING ON A REVIEW.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY... I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering for which I am very sorry and out about 100 USD. The first dress, a women's size Large, according to the measurements given on their website, IS LITERALLY A MINIATURE VERSION of the dress shown, it would not fit a 12 yr old and looks nothing like the dress advertised. The second dress I ordered an XXL in order to have it altered to fit, this one SORT OF RESEMBLES the one pictured it is however approx a US size 5 and not remotely close to the measurements given on the site. As for the third dress, the package said 3 were shipped I only have two useless dresses and a loss of 100.00. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO ANYONE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

They deserve ZERO stars. What a horrible mistake I made ordering from them. Products are *completely* different than pictured. The quality is AWFUL and when I've sent emails requesting how to return, because they don't tell you anything on the site, they do not reply. I've made many requests to be given instructions on how to return for a refund with no reply and my 30 day return window is almost past. I am reporting them to my bank and other places. Never again!

Please do not buy from this site. This is a Chinese site, the quality is the lowest you can get. I ordered 2 dresses, one was just 19 usd and the other 60! The 19 is unwearable since it absolutely see thru. A tissue paper is thicker than the fabric... and instead of the second dress that was supposed to be a lace dress they sent me a lace beach cover up... whatt? And now they expect to get $28 usd in compensation and keep the dresses. Errr no thanks.

I have two recent purchases from this site. Both orders needed to be returned. The first order stated the product was real leather boots. They lied. These are the cheapest faux leather boots ever. And rather than wanting to refund me they want to compensate me $18 and would like for me to keep the boots and try to sell them myself. The second order had exactly he same offer made when I tried to return it. They do not give refunds. Buyer beware.
