I ordered my dress a month ago and still havent received it. I wish I would have read more reviews! Ive emailed customer service and have gotten two emails stating that its still in production. I doubt I will ever see this dress nor get my money back. Of all the online shopping Ive done, this by far is my worst experience.
Bad sizing, the fit around the arms and neck line are tiny child sized. I'm normal to slender and the fit is terrible. NO clear directions to return items. Their instructions say to 'get a TICKET from your account and check which items and why returning'... Cannot find an option for a 'TICKET' and so far 3 emails are automatically replied with the same offer to give my $13 to keep items. No answers to my question. Bad customer service. Will not ever buy from company that is in China.
I ordered from Oshoplive (order *******) on Feb 26/18. They published the shipping time as 7 to 15 business days. When I emailed them on Mar 24/18 that my order still had not arrived, they said the clothing was still being made and to be patient on delivery. I emailed them again on Apr 13 & 16/18, and they didn't bother to return a response. The tracking is in Chinese, so I couldn't even place it. These guys are using false advertising to sell their clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Now I have to go through the Paypal resolution centre to try and get my money back.
The quality of the clothing is absolutely horrible. I didn't realize the company was from China and had only review their return policy before buying to make sure I could return if needed. I paid to track the order, the order got there, and that's when they stopped responding to my emails. I claimed fraud with my credit card company and luckily they are trying to deal with them but as of now, they haven't responded to them either. When I first emailed them to get my return approved they tried offering me different sums of money to keep everything. Don't waste your time.
Thank goodness I used pay pal... Ordered a skirt and a necklace. I ordered it on Feb 18. Got not one transaction on shipping... Called pay pal explained it to them. Opened a claim... They wanted me to take 12.00 to close the claim on a 30.00 order, I said I don't think so... Finally April 15 I got the skirt and the necklace, Junk just plain junk... cheap clothes... Pay pal, face book and anyone else should not ruin their reputation even dealing wit THese frauds... with such cheap junk... NEVER AGAIN I WILL CHECK RATINGS... AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN... THAT IS A TRUE RIP OFF... BOTH THE QUALITY, AND THE FACT THEY THINK THEY CAN CHARGE YOU AND KEEP YOUR MONEY, AND THEN TRY AND MAKE DEALS TO KEEP YOUR MONEY... THIS IS ILLEGAL IN EVERY SENSE OF THE BUYER BE WARE... AND ANY OF THESE GOOD RATINGS ARE DONE BY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM THATS FOR SURE.
Appreciation... same dress sent to me twice, but being so considerate, the company save me the trouble to send it back and even given me further discount for the next dress!
I ordered 2 dresses from this company. The site stated that it would take 7-10 days to arrive. It took 2 weeks before it was even shipped from China and then it took another 2 weeks before I received it. One of the dresses I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was a cheap, silk screened version of the dress that was offered on the site. The fabric is cheap and for the most part, see through. This company is awful. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.
Quality was better than expected because the price was actually low.
Shipping time was 2,5 weeks - it was from China to Germany, so this should be fine.
Had some shipping problems with the German delivery company and wrote to oshoplive support. Jane was really friendly and helpful with my order. Also gave me a voucher for the difficulties for my next order!
Only thing negative: the sizes are a little to small for European expectations. Ordered M, its more like a S but still fits my body.
Would order again.
Merchandise is cheap and not true to size. They give NO return options. Customer service sucks. I am still waiting on a refund of just the shipping cost of what I wasted my money on! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF!
I ordered 3 dresses online at the end of Feb... they charged me close to $120 CAD. I haven't received anything! I emailed them and still no response... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They tell you it takes 1-3 weeks to arrive... but it took 6 weeks. I ordered a dress with a fitted top and it is way too small. I emailed customer service to return it, but they have not responded. Also, the company is in China, so it is challenging to get a different size or return it. I would never buy from them again! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!
This is the worst company I have ever encountered they don't deliver the product nor do they refund your money
This is one of those chinese sites that post fake photos and send people anything they like. We need to have these websites shut down and prohibited.

Aloha Hawai Je commande beaucoup sur Internet mais je vous confirme qu'il ne faut pas acheter sur ce site, après 6 semaines d'attente et maintes relance, ayant acheté pour 340 USD de vêtement, un petit paquet est arrivé DHL, j'ai du payé 29 en plus de FRAIS DE DOUANE pour prendre le coli autrement le livreur ne me laissé pas le colis. Quand j'ai déballé les vêtements tous serré dans un sac DHL environ 10 pièces, seulement 2 était OK.!
Pour le reste couture non fini, articles qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos. Bref site trompeur, mauvaise qualité, articles déchiré, et non cousu. Des chiffons à mettre à la poubelle Je me suis fait avoir comme d'autre. Mais il est important de le faire savoir car ce site fait énormément de publicité sur FB et il est vrai que les photos sont belles mais malheureusement cela ne correspond pas à la réalité. C'est une honte, et il ne faut pas que d'autres personnes se fassent avoir aussi par leur publicité mensongère.
It took three months to receive my order and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality and sizing. I ordered two dresses that are so short I could NEVER wear them without pants. The cut is also small in the neck and underarms so at best I find a child or very small adult that likes junky clothing. I am neither tall or over weight. DO NOT purchase anything from these companies!
I was scammed too and am taking action against this company. You can too! We are powerful as consumers and if we all report them on various platforms we can close them down. Here are the steps:
1) e-consumer.gov - econsumer.gov is where you can report international scams and learn about other steps you can take to combat fraud. Your complaints help consumer protection agencies around the world spot trends and work together to prevent international scams.
2. Report to PayPal or other mode of payment -- Go to the Resolution Centre and select 'Report a Problem'. When they hear about a particular company over and over again, they block them.
3. Report to Facebook & Instagram- Facebook wants to know if you've been conned by an ad on its site. A group of Chinese clothing companies, using names like DressLily, TideBuy, and Zaful, have thrived on Facebook despite thousands of complaints from women saying the sites use stolen, doctored images to sell poorly made knockoff clothing that is often unwearable. Women say the knockoffs take weeks or months to deliver if they arrive at all and are almost impossible to return. Facebook said it was taking the issue "very seriously" and looking for new ways to identify businesses selling "overwhelmingly unsatisfactory" products and services to users.

Answer: Oshoplive will not give you their address and will offer you $20.00 refund and you keep the item. Hopefully you paid though PayPal. If you contact them, they will give you the address and give you instructions for returning your items. They will also do an investigation on the business. They ruled in my favor and I got all my money back.
