I ordered several dresses for a trip to Hawaii. I ordered express shipping 2-7 days in plenty of time before my trip. A week before my trip, I still had not received the items. I contacted the service site and it took a while to get an answer. They responded that they were on the way. They could not tell me where the items were. The tracking number revealed no information. Needless to say, I received the items AFTER I returned home from my trip. I was leery to open the package because it didn't even look big enough to hold 4 dresses. I was SO disappointed. The fabric, quality and sewing of the items was poor. The dresses were a lot smaller than how described. It was truly a sad, disappointing experience. After reading the reviews, I see it will be impossible to get my money back. Lesson learned. DO NOT be deceived by the photos!

I ordered a beautiful dress from this sight. Thump... I hear the sound of a package drop onto my doorstep. A flutter of excitement wells up in my chest and quickly drops into my stomach. I begin to make my journey towards the door. The hallway never seemed so long. I wade through the toys stepping on the ever so infamous Lego that has the ability to stab your foot four times. I shake off the pain and finally grab the handle to the door. As I open it, I see a envelope package laying on the ground, and I know it's my dress. I rip the envelope open and see the beautiful dark green color cascade out of the package. I hold it into the sunlight and press it up against me and as I turn I hear my children gasp from the sheer beauty... all drama aside. I tried it on. It is the most beautiful dress I own. I absolutely adore it. I get compliments from so many other people every time I wear it. It is one of a kind and it is so hard to find dresses like mine in stores. They get an A+ from me on quality, shipping time, and beauty. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Huge thank you!

This whole website is a scam! The items come from China and look nothing like the pictures! I ordered and it took 2 months for me to receive (their website says 2 week delivery), and they looked like halloween costumes, not even worth 2 cents.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I promise you will be disappointed. And the worst part is that I canceled my order (and have proof in writing), when there were delays on the shipping and they immediately shipped the items after I canceled. So now I'm stuck with disgusting clothes and they want to charge me for the return shipping! Beware whole website is a scam

This company MUST make it crystal clear that all of their items are shipped from CHINA, and MUST be returned to CHINA if customer is not satisfied.

The shipping cost to CHINA is astronomical, which makes no sense to return, therefore, the customer pays for something that he/she can't use. I lost over $100 for clothing that I can't use, because the shipping cost was over $200 (international shipping).

They also promised 2-7 days expedited shipping, but I got the items after 14 days, since it was coming from China.

If I could give this store negative 50 stars I would. The pictures on their website are pulled from other companies sites (example free people). You will not get the dresses pictured, you will get a cheap rip off that looks roughly like the item pictured (oh and dont bother going by their size guide - its entirely off). When I called them out on this and tried to return 2 dresses (refusing to pay return shipping because they misrepresented the product obscenely) they tried to bargain with me to take $15 for my trouble and keep these ridiculously small cheap dresses so I dont return them. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. A scam. Not worth ordering from. I most likely will never get my money back. Dont make the same mistake I did in doing business with these criminals.

Side note... I really think a lot of these positive reviews are fake - look at the way they are worded.
