I ordered a dress in a size small. It took so long to arrive, that I went on vacation before it was delivered. When I got home and tried it on, it was way too big. (And I'm usually a size M, or 8 in US clothing). I tried to return it and they said it had been too long since it was delivered to receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Before realizing how they misrespresent their items and how poorly they run their company, I had also ordered a pair of black sandals in a size 39 EU. I have been a 39 for at least 25 years. I know what size my feet are. They arrived two days ago. I tried them on and they are too small! They haven't responded to THAT refund request.
