We tried to order ornaments for the grandkids. The site indicated the order session had expired. We resubmitted the request and received a confirmation that two identical orders had been processed. We attempted to report the error to the help line and no one answered. Subsequently we sent an email advising them of the problem in less than two hours from time of order. A day later the representative thanked us via email for the order and said sorry you had a problem ordering but the items had been processed and shipped. Hard to believe because the duplicate boxes arrived four days later. We recontacted them about returning one of the duplicate boxes and getting a refund. We were rebuffed. In my opinion customer service dropped the ball when we alerted them to the duplicate orders in a timely manner and they have ownership for not doing the right thing and acknowledging their timeout error on the website. What ever happened to the old adage the customer is alway right? We will be using a different ornament company in the future based on our experience with customer service.
Was excited to receive my order 6 days ahead of scheduled delivery! However, was SO disappointed when I examined each Ornament. Besides the "m" half gone from the one laptop Ornament and the incomplete "f" in Goodfriend on the red ball), each one had issues with spacing: either the entire group of sentences was not centered (the laptop Ornaments), the entire line was not centered (see bottom of New Apt ornament), or there was too much space between the words (ie on the red ball between "Joe" and the word "and"; the space between "The" and "Younkins" on the 'from our house to yours' Ornament. I was so happy with the ornaments I had ordered last year- but will not be ordering from this company again.
Purchased 3 beautiful ornaments. There was issues with packaging and they would not assist. They created the problem and wouldn't fix it. I paid $6 each ($18 plus tax) for boxes and the pouches to put ornaments inside were very large and did not fit inside small box. Company would not send smaller pouches or larger boxes. I had to leave numerous voice mails as they do not answer calls. I would start out as number 33 in line and work my way down a long time later to one time 3 in line and another call 1st in line, and both time switched over to voice mail. Sent about 4 emails and no one would help me. The worst customer service I have ever come across and I am almost 60 years old. I will never shop this site again, as customer service is always number 1 and they should have your back. Amazon, Target, Kohl's, etc. give you the best customer service when you call. AND, they answer your calls and emails to resolve the issue.
I understand the company has been bought out by another company. I have ordered from the Ornament shop for over 10 years without incidence. This year has been painful at best. Initially I had to use an excel document to place all item numbers and shipping addresses and email it to customer service. It used to be that could all be done on their website. I ordered the ornaments in July and still have not received all of them. Today I received an email from customer service informing me that one of my ornaments was discontinued so they would remove it and continue to process the order. I asked the to replace it with a different item number and provided the number. Short answer was another email saying unfortunately no. I have already paid for these and now have to go look for a replacement for the one that two months after ordering is discontinued. I will never order from them again.
Literally just ordered a single personalized ornament, yes I agree overpriced but it's sentimental and it's not that much $ so why not. Oh how I wish I had NOT. Took my money and never gave me confirmation, no email, no order # just a We're Sorry screen, however I instantly got a notification from my bank letting me know my funds for the exact order total were taken out by Just Party 800... Scammy no?
Either way, it's not even the $, it's the lack of professionalism and rude customer service for me. Will be sharing with all of my friends, fam and followers about it. I found them just by googling personalized Christmas ornaments where their ads took over like a storm... never again lol. So garbage! Waiting to get my $ back :)
Their ornaments are cute enough, but their prices are deceiving. They give you the lowest possible price and you get to your cart and the item is more if you don't qualify for the particular discount. Rachel G. And Natalia K. I agree with you. Their customer service is rude and not at all helpful. People wonder why small business or losing out to Amazon. It is because Amazon ships quicker, does better quality work AND actually has customer service. Absolute worst customer service ever!
Just got my cute penguin Christmas ornament with names of my family and year on it... its beautiful! Very pleased!
Printing crooked. Customer service very rude. I asked for one ornament to be redone And they refused.it was a gift but I was embarrassed to give it. I could have printed better myself. Most companies would have redone. Awful!
Beware hardworking small businesses. They will steal your ideas. I will never buy from this company.
We ordered an ornament for a family member out of State, which arrived broken. There's no phone number to contact them so you have to rely on slow emails with no real solution. I sent them a photo of the broken ornament and was told they'd either refund or replace. I sent the reply back right away (within hours receiving) saying to replace, and gave them an item of equal cost and the item number. No reply in almost two weeks. Nor were there any replies to the 2-3 emails that we sent using their site form. Our last one told them to just refund us because we're not playing email tag and chancing our loved one not getting her yearly ornament. Will never order from them again!
I am so happy with my order. I spelled a name wrong and it was fixed before the order was mailed and I still recieved my order ahead of the delivery date. I believe that these ornaments are more cute than the pictures portray. I will be shopping with this company for a long time to come. Thank you for personalizing my order correctly. I bought 6 ornaments from the web-site. They I've received my package, I was about to cry. I paid almost $80 but the quality is so poor. It does not worst even $15.
One of the items was broken. All of them are flat. If you do personalization, they use marker to put the sign on. It looks bad and poor.
I have contacted them, the assistance was very rude and impolite. They said if u send it back and it breaks, they will not make a refund. But the quality is poor and I'm positive it will break. No solution. Just waisted money and time contacting them
My wife and I have bought ornaments from this company for about 3 years now. The ornaments have always turned out better than we expected. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that it's hard to contact them... no phone number on site.
Answer: You cannot. Phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Email is better, they may answer, but they do not send a reply after you tell them your issue. They ignore you.
Answer: The company is legit. I have placed many orders from them, but their customer service is awful and this year is my last.
