Close to impossible. You only have the option of email and can take days to get a response.

You cannot. Phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Email is better, they may answer, but they do not send a reply after you tell them your issue. They ignore you.

It is very difficult. They don't respond by email and you never get to speak to alive person on the phone
