I love Orange Shine. Only problem is that the vendors do not respond on time and do not update their stock information often. Also shipping cost is too ridiculous. But the customer representatives are very nice and always helpful.

I was recently contacted by Orangeshine as to why I haven't used them much. I had only one reason, really. I appreciate that they are trying to better things and make improvements. The call made me want to use them more often!

These people do not sell products. They take your money and then expect someone else to fulfil your order. They dont use the form of delivery you specify and they are completely useless when it your products dont show up. They pretty much leave you to deal with the vendor and shipping on your own. It really means nothing to them if you dont get your merchandise because they already have your money.

I was sent the wrong item and needed to have it fixed ASAP. I spoke with Cecilia on the phone and corresponded with her through email. She did all the work for me and corrected my problem in less than a few hours. Highly recommend!

Belinda R was a world of help to me and has continued to stay in contact with my by email to make sure everything is coming together for me as a new online boutique. She has been awesome to work with and I feel if I need anything she would be the one to contact to get a problem resolved.

Orangeshine has so many wholesale companies with great quality clothes. We love to order their items and anytime there is an issue, they always make it right. Leslie Cervantes in customer service is always a pleasure and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

As a new buyer, I have reached out to Orange Shine several times, via phone and Internet chat and they have been an absolute dream to work with! So very helpful and patient, and truly their customer service is excellent.

My customer service representative Ana was wonderful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am a new member and she helped me get through the authorization process so I can place my first order.

As far as customer service. I would have giving it a 5 star rating. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they allow vendors such as SHOWA whom sell clothing that is not displayed as the images they show. Their quality is so poor and they're customer service is not the most effective. I am just glad I got my refund back even though I had to pay to return the items back to them.

I needed an item that I had received from one of the vendors returned. I worked with a gal by the name of Ana. She was great, she took the time to listen to my issue and concern. And offered to reach out in regards to several questions I had directly for the vendor. She was very helpful, polite, and professional! Thank You for representing Orange Shine well Ana! It makes shopping with you all, a lovely experience!

I'm just a online store but Christine Geronimo treats me as if I'm a big dept store. Helps me with problems on shipping, credit and etc. Thank you so much! Love Orangeshine!

I talked with a customer service representative and it was good feedback, she listened to my concerns. I ordered from a vendor and was in love with one item I received, however my second order had some issues with stitching and quality. I would say inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them.
