Well the quality is okay but I have to highlight the support service. Very helpful and fast, they solved my issue within a day.

The quality of the goods is excellent, which makes me happy, deliver a few things to choose from, the price does not change! Recommend to everyone!

I recently ordered from OrangeShine and I loved every product. It was exactly like described and of highest quality. The delivery came in just a few days plus their customer service was supportive.

I needed an item that I had received from one of the vendors returned. I worked with a gal by the name of Ana. She was great, she took the time to listen to my issue and concern. And offered to reach out in regards to several questions I had directly for the vendor. She was very helpful, polite, and professional! Thank You for representing Orange Shine well Ana! I'm Robin a small boutique owner today I placed a order and realized I ordered too many of one product I immediately called to see if I can cancel the others before the order was processed I spoke with Ana who completely took care of everything she was very sweet and helpful and also followed up with me to advise that the vendor indeed fix my order for me thank you Anna soo much for helping me today I look forward to speaking with you again :) :)

I had a time sensitive issue with the vendor, and Jerica jumped on it right away. She was so professional and went above and beyond. Then her supervisor Cristina fixed my problem in a very timely manner. Both provided excellent customer service and actually wanted to help. I have not experienced that in a long time, so it's refreshing to know there are still hard working and kind people out there. I will definitely keep using Orangeshine.

I had a vendor labella nova I ordered through orange shine there products arrived extremely smaller than normal sizes I reported and got the run around. Basically if I returned I had to eat the shipping. And no refund so basically I had to keep items. Beware of this company on orangshine I was only out a few hundred dollars but others could loose more. Orange shine only refers you to them. I got no where and basically called a liar. The quality is poor and customer service crappy. So if you are going to spend big here beware you are on your own if it doesn't work for you. The customer isn't important to these guys.

Anytime I have ever had any issues at all customer service has always made it right. They ensure that a quality, satisfactory, product is delivered.

I had a issue with a company that gave me a run around on a item and the process of the item she took care of it I hope I don't run into any other issues

Today I was able to contact a chat adviser named Jerica, She helped me promptly and reassured me that my package may have been delayed due to circumstances in China. She was nice and pleasant to chat with. She also let me know since it was the weekend she would reach out to the vendor herself by Monday and get right back to me with instructions.

Very nice and prompt service.

I received 2 runs of incorrect prints in my order. I called and Jerica helped me with it. I was not expecting such a fast response. This is Friday, and I really didn't expect to hear back until Monday. To my surprise, the correct items are being mailed out by the end of today! I'm very appreciative!

I reached out to a customer service representative named Ana about a delay on one of our orders after the vendor wouldn't email me back. She was very courteous and efficient and had an answer within minutes from the vendor. I will definitely be working with her again if another problem arises. Thanks Ana!

Thank you for the amazing customer service! There are minor hiccups with some vendors but all in all! I truly do enjoys purchasing for my business here due to the multitude of choices!

I recently needed some help with a couple of our orders from Vendors on OrangeShine. Lisbeth, from OrangeShine, was the person who who helped us with our questions and concerns. Not only did she take the time to answer every question, she followed up with the vendors. Then she followed up with us through email when the items actually shipped. She kept us int he loop every step of the way. I hope the next time I call with questions I get her again or another staff member who is as friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

I saw Fashiongo at the Magic tradeshow in Las Vegas so I thought it was a good wholesale marketplace but boy was I wrong! Absolutely horrible service and just all around BAD! I found Orangeshine and on my first order Cecilia and Jerica not only helped me place the order, gave me updates, followed up when I got my order and helped me resolve order issues directly with the vendor. I ordered something on March 5th from Mazik. I was told it was a preorder, Then they kept pushing the date back multiple times. I took orders from my customers and now they said it is canceled because of low orders? Why make me wait and string me along all this time with different dates for no reason

Placed orders from 2 brands, one brand, hearts and hips, is awesome! Got great stuff affordable and good shipping. Ordered pricey shirts from Yoyo5, received a crushed box, broken hangers, and only 5 of the 6 shirts I ordered, also shipping was not cheap. No help on getting the missing shirt from the brand or Orangeshine. Yoyo5 are thieves! They will rip you off. Wish I could right a review directly about them.

Jerica was very helpful when handling a return for me due to defective product. Really happy with how quick and efficient she was. Thank you again for all your help!
