I LOVE orange shine! I never have any trouble communicating with the help desk but Jerica was super nice and gave me the answer I needed quickly! I really appreciate all that they do in such a crazy time. It makes my job a little bit less stressful!
I have been having some issues with vendors getting the products I have ordered shipped out on time. This has made it difficult to prepare for my grand opening since I need it by a specific date. However, Jerica was very prompt and checked with all of the vendors to get a status update on my order and made any cancellations that of orders that I needed voided out. Even if I did not get my answers same day, Jerica has made it very evident that she we continue to work to find some answers for me and will update me. I appreciate her help so much! It definitely takes some of the stress off from me since I do not need to contact each and every vendor I have ordered from myself. She has handled it all for me!

I would like to share my experience with this site. Nowadays in terms of COVID-19 issues, it's quite comfy to buy online. The jacket I purchased is great I like it a lot, what is more, it fits me well.

I called orange shine regarding a order cancelation and Lisbeth was very helpful and professional. Lisbeth has wonderful customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with additional information.
I have made two personal mistakes... used the wrong card and ordered the wrong color top. Julia one of the sales reps helped me immediately and got the issues fixed before they went through. Amazing products, great customer service and great shipping time. Will continue to be a customer.

I tried a new vendor and there was something wrong on all three orders, to include the first not even being shipped! I called Orange Shine and worked with Brand Marketing/Support Specialist Belinda Rodriguez. Belinda was very sweet and professional, and made a crummy situation good. I lost count of how many times I called her, and she was always on top of it, never rushed me, and never became irritated. Also, she is very knowledgeable, and shares everything she knows. Top notch! I generally don't have problems, but should one arise, I hope to reach Belinda again. Because of her, I plan to order only from Orange Shine moving forward!
Jacob has been amazing at helping all through the way on setting up my account with Orangeshine and Advertising. He is quick to respond and gets any issues handled right away! Orangeshine is a great company that has really upped my wholesale line!

I love the smoothness of the site as compared to others. I have literally used them over the manufacturer bc it was so hard to navigate the manufacturer's site. Hopefully more vendors start going through them soon, although they already have a great selection!
