I reached out to a customer service representative named Ana about a delay on one of our orders after the vendor wouldn't email me back. She was very courteous and efficient and had an answer within minutes from the vendor. I will definitely be working with her again if another problem arises. Thanks Ana!
I had a time sensitive issue with the vendor, and Jerica jumped on it right away. She was so professional and went above and beyond. Then her supervisor Cristina fixed my problem in a very timely manner. Both provided excellent customer service and actually wanted to help. I have not experienced that in a long time, so it's refreshing to know there are still hard working and kind people out there. I will definitely keep using Orangeshine.
I really like the amount of vendors I have to choose from. Customer service is always great. They respond fast and are kind and helpful. Some of the items are marked wrong. I've bought a pack of tops that should have an XL but it came with none, the vendor listed the sizes wrong. I've ordered things that were supposed to deliver in a couple of days, but then didn't ship for weeks because it was pre-order even though it wasn't listed as pre-order. Some vendors sell out quickly, but don't tell you they sold out for a week after you've placed your order.
Definitely things that need some maintenance, but overall once you find a vendor you like, it's easy and fun to shop the site.
Placed orders from 2 brands, one brand, hearts and hips, is awesome! Got great stuff affordable and good shipping. Ordered pricey shirts from Yoyo5, received a crushed box, broken hangers, and only 5 of the 6 shirts I ordered, also shipping was not cheap. No help on getting the missing shirt from the brand or Orangeshine. Yoyo5 are thieves! They will rip you off. Wish I could right a review directly about them.
I recently started shopping on OrangeShine and I couldn't be more excited. All my favorite vendors listed on one site makes things so much easier! My first order was missing one piece and Leslie took care of me immediately without any issues. She's a amazing!

I have been using OrangeShine for a few months and the customer service has been great! I've only had two issues, both times I received a product that was not as advertised by the vendor. I did live chats and Cristina at Orangeshine helped me both times (she's great!). After reviewing my photos and confirming the products were not as advertisted, she got in contact with the vendors to get me return shipping labels and refunds. I've been really happy so far! I also have a handful of friends who use Orangeshine as well and they have had good experiences with customer service.

I had a problem getting merchandise delivered from a vendor and they immediately contacted the company for me. The company also replied to my inquiry on the problem via the website. I did receive 6 pcs of the 24 pc order but it was not the style I had ordered. They offered to take the merchandise back and send me what I had ordered which was kind but it is just easier to strike this vendor off my assortment sheet.

I had placed an order for a run of shoes that came in damaged. I contacted Orangeshine when I was unable to get a response back from the vendor. I thought there was nothing more that could be done for my particular situation, but I just received an email from Jerica that she was in fact able to get me credit for my damaged goods!
