These people do not sell products. They take your money and then expect someone else to fulfil your order. They dont use the form of delivery you specify and they are completely useless when it your products dont show up. They pretty much leave you to deal with the vendor and shipping on your own. It really means nothing to them if you dont get your merchandise because they already have your money.

We are a B2B marketplace that connects vendors (sellers) to retailers (buyers), so you are correct that we do not actually sell any products ourselves.
