The website for this company says they replace decorative stones in Prada eyeglasses. I believed them and sent four pairs of eyeglasses to have the stones on the arms of the eyeglasses replaced where the stones were missing. After calling, I received my eyeglasses back. Some of the stones were not replaced, others were replaced with stones that were two to four times larger than original stones and the eyeglasses had glue all over them. The eyeglasses are no longer wearable. The company refused a refund but offered me $10 out of the over $200 I spent.
I found Opticfast online to repair a pair of glasses that were snapped in half. They requested that I send them the glasses, then they sent me a quote for the repair. I sent the check. They took 2 weeks to cash it then another month to repair the glasses. I didn't get my glasses back for almost 2 months. When they did arrive they were simply glued together. The glue was obvious and the glasses are not wearable. I requested a refund because I could have done this myself and they were rude, insulted me, taunted me, and refused to refund me. I paid over $85 to simply have my glasses glued back together. When they sent me the quote, the did not explain how they planned on fixing them. Had they, I would have simply asked to have my glasses returned. I would not have paid $85 for them to poorly glue my glasses back together.

Terribly unprofessional repair, rough irregular weld, bent, broke the first day, caused more damage to $400 sunglasses. No response to calls and emails. After filing a dispute with Amex, they told Amex they repaired them twice and sent me a mailing label for a third repair.
These people "lost" my glasses though the Post Office says they were delivered and they themselves sent me an email confirming the glasses had been received by their company. Do not do business with them. If you don't believe me, check out the complaints against them with the BBB. Becky and Dino are not to be trusted!
Very bad company,, regretful to deal with such a fraud company.& bad customer services the ordered delivered after more than 50 days of placing it. & in bad conditions... customer services never cared about that. Always tough replies & Rude behavior from this becky. They gave me the tracking # of my shipment with 3 courier company & always saying that the delay from the supplier & did not take any action toward that & after more than 50 days the item delivered in very bad condition & not like i ordered
Very bad company and customer service let you angry no problem. And no one answered you and no time respected. When i told her iwill cancelled order give me my money say ok and then told me on 27oct your order shapped and will on 6 nov its not good really butvi make a order 8 october

Impressive communication. I placed an order and then requested to cancel. Even though it was a weekend, I still received an email confirming my request to cancel, so I wasn't left hanging, wondering whether or not I was going to be charged. They even went one step further and inquired the reason for the cancellation, which I would interpret as an effort to improve customer service. I would deal with them again. I would have liked to know the name of the person I was communicating with.

I wish I would have research this company before placing my order. On April 24, I ordered my designer glasses from this company and this is how my nightmare has began. This Becky woman from customer service sent me an email and told me that they found a crack on my frame, which I just found out the same story has been told to many others before, and they will have to order a new frame for me directly from their manufacturer. Then she told me my frame has been discontinued, and I would need to wait for 2 weeks to get my frame. I agreed to wait but after 7 weeks has past, but the status stays the same... Becky keep telling me that my frame is shipping from oversea right now. At first I didn't think of anything but after 1.5 months of waiting, I told them I need a ETA and this is how the whole thing went down. Becky told me that she cannot give me the ETA and when I asked for cancelling my order, she then sent me an email and told me that there will be a 20% cancellation fee. WTF? This company wanted to charge me 20% without doing anything for me? I cannot believe this is happening... so I contacted my credit card company to file for dispute.
A month later, I received an email from this company for a refund of 80% of my order, and they did charge me 20% for cancellation fee. I talked with my credit card company several times, disputed this case for 4 times, and the conclusion is that my credit card company cannot dispute the 20% cancellation fee due to the fact that 1) THIS SCAM company post their cancellation policy online and the order confirmation.
Lesson Learn - If you never received the item, contact your credit card company right away. If there is a cancellation fee policy, DO NOT order. If you did already, try to contact your credit card company to dispute it instead of working with this scam company if you didn't receive your order in a reasonable time frame.
Also, this is not over. I will file a complaint against this scam company with BBB as well as New York Attorney General and my own state Attorney General. I need to put this scam company business to the end!
Please stay away from this company at all costs!
Received Tag Heuer sunglasses back today. They charged for repairs that were not done. The glasses are now scratched are in worse condition. Do not use these people! Big scam!

Horrible Service!
Sent in a pair of Prada sunglasses for repair. It took nearly 2 months for the repair, and when I got them back they were actually in worse shape than when I sent them in! They are currently not wearable! When I wrote their customer service staff, they made some lame excuse & basically had an attitude of "tough luck"; and they would not refund my money!
HORRIBLE, absolutely horrible
Sent my order in 5 weeks ago, and got them back today, unrepaired
No note, no explanation... didn't even send them back with the original case and box
I am now fighting for a refund & for the missing parts of my glasses

They don't know how to follow instructions or give a refund.
I have been dealing with this since February 2013 and still have no satisfaction.
I sent my glasses to be repaired I told them not to solder them but to replace the nose piece. They did not do what I asked and sent my glasses back soldered and then they broke again. I complained to sales and this is what happened.
I was just told by the sales dept to e-mail management. This after being told on April 1,2013 by Linda that this credit would be issued.
I have made a total of over 10 phone calls. Can I please be told why I can not get the credit issued as promised. I have sent the receipt I paid to the place in Los Angeles that actually fixed my two pairs of glasses. I only sent you one of pairs of glasses, because I wanted to make sure you could repair them properly which you could not.
On June 7, I sent the above the above email as was requested. We are no 10 days later and still no action has been taken, other than your auto response.
Have I upset one of the girls who then put a note on my records?
Please give me the respect of a response and or payment. The credit card I charged this on, has been closed for fraud. Please issue a check.

Beware, thieves. I have been chasing them for 2 years and its only stubbornness that keeps me going.
I ordered some Oliver Peoples sunglasses from Optics Fast http://www.opticsfast.com in Nov 2011. After billing my credit card & months of back & forth before they finally admitted that they never had the product to begin with, they have since refused to refund my money. Its very frustrating as I know find there is little I can except warn you guys.
Terrible, my wife ordered glasses, took a month to ship them, had to send them back and they charged a 20% restocking fee..
I sent in a pair of glasses that had damage to the temple and nose peice. Emily was very professional and instructed me exactly what to do in order to send in the glasses. Once they got them i was given a price quote and then i got my glasses repaired. The website is really informative and gives a lot of information on what to do. They are just amazing. They brought back my glasses to life.
Answer: No PayPal because they want your credit card number. I found that out the hard way when I thought I found my glasses on their website. It was a scam until they wanted to try my credit card and sent email with so many incorrectly spelled words like a Nigerian scam. Scam company Scam company Scam company!
