We had a pair of sunglasses the manufacture said they wouldn't be able to repair because it was discontinued. We were referred to OpticsFast. They took the broken sunglasses, asked us to send it in the case to protect Them. From that point on I received a continuous barrage of text messages and emails using a dozen different order numbers, different dollar amounts, saying they're repairing it, saying they can't repair it. The story changes daily. They threaten you, I have long since given up on ever seeing those sunglasses again, but they still text me on a daily basis.
