OE in Glasgow implanted a damaged lens into my right eye in 2014 - It's like looking into a thick fog They sent me after I complained to one of. Their High Street opticians who said I had AMD/ He lied. My mother had AMD and went blind so I was very much aware of the symptoms -none of which I had. They then tried to clear the fog at the back of the lens which cost another £400-500. Failed. I have now gone private - at huge expense- to replace the lens. Fingers crossed that that works - should know in a few weeks
Optical Express and Dr David Teenan botched a natural lens replacement surgery and hushed it up rather than referring it to the NHS.
Left me in pain for 6 years with no discussion.

Unethical, inhuman, cruel, underhand and dishonest.
The product is very good but the after sales service stinks. You never see the same people as the staff turnover appears to be quite frequent.
