The bad news is that our airline canceled one of our flights. The good news is that Oojo handled it with speed, professionalism, and excellent service. When the flight was canceled, Oojo contacted me right away via email, text, and phone just to make sure that I was receiving the news. It was easy to work with them and when I was not able to accept the recommended flight change, they worked efficiently with me to find an alternative that did work. Their responses were always prompt and thorough. We have had to work with other airlines and issues before in my daughter's international travels and none of them were this smooth and headache free. I am so thankful that we went with Oojo for my daughter's international plane ticket and we will DEFINITELY plan on using them again in the future! THANK YOU, OOJO!

After booking my trip a customer service representative from Oojo to make certain that all of my needs were met. I was able to have the representative reserve window seats for all of my flights ahead of time. Oojo also verified all of my flight times as well as the periods of layover. I used Oojo in March of 2024 as well and had the same satisfaction from the customer service.

Better price and flights than available on any other travel search engine, so much so that I was concerned that it the tickets shown were not available. However, after a 36 hour delay the ticket reference was delivered and I was able to manage my booking directly with British Airways. Responsive service by email and telephone was available to support me. 5 stars.

OOJO has been shown to flood the web with fake positive reviews but it is truly just the opposite. Many people including myself have lost a lot of money to OOJO. Use a good well known trusted site of go with the airline direct. You may pay a little more for your ticket but it will save you thousands later.
