I was attempting to make a roundtrip ticket from DC to IST turkey. The website during the transaction indicated that sorry your reservation did not go through. Later, I discovered that my credit card was charged more than $1266 and to my surprise a ticket was issued in my name but travel dates and are wrong, Aug7 to Aug 17 instead of Sept 6 to Sept 16th. So, after a week from the incident, I was charged for higher ticket because in high summer travel period. The company customer service is an office in Phillipines. First time I called and asked for US based customer service they said they are a CA office, when I ask for a manager, they say no mangers today. They said some one will call me, then again some on in the Phillipines calls in the evening to state that ticket is not refundable, and to change to lower priced ticket I have to pay an $170 extra fee. I asked if they take any responsibility for the misleading error message. The answer, you as passenger have responsibility to check regardless of messages generated from OOJO site, you should not believe what OOJO travel site indicated. Asked to speak with any one higher than first Level customer service Rep. She inform that her leadership at Phillipnes don't work evening shift. So Site can generate error message, issues ticket when it said reservation can be completed, and generate ticket at different travel ties and dates, and the customer support only recourse, you as passenger should verify that site will not generate a ticket. I did check my email after the error message, but did not have email. I did not spend the rest of day checking. The company could have won my trust if they waved change fees and just get the higher cost ticket and change to my desired travel dates and time which costs just 1093 if I purchased directly from the airline. This is perfect scam, generate error message to make customer think they don't have 24 hours to check, then after sometime book them on higher cost travel dates and times. Then wait for customer to call if they don't discover what happned. When they call you get even more money, $170, additional OOJO revenue for ticket change and processing fee

Don't know why they have such a good rating, but for me it was a nightmare dealing with these unprofessional people! So I decided to save $100 and bought my tickets through this agency instead of directly from the airlines. That was one of the worst decisions I made. Right from the start they started sending me emails about how unprotected my tickets are and in case if the flight gets delayed or canceled, I will not be able to get redirected to the next flight and I will not get a refund or anything. Only if I buy their "Additional feature", then I will be "on a safe side". Which is totally untrue because each airline has their obligations in case of a delayed/cancelled flight. They will put a passenger on another flight with no problem and it's written in their policies. And moreover I worked as a flight attendant for more than 4 years, so I know how everything works there. But this agency was lying straight in my face, making me feel frustrated and I really had a terrible nerve wrecking time with them. They also offered to insure my luggage for additional price. Which is another attempt to make me pay more, because each airline already insures each luggage for a damage/lost. Then there was another mind blowing problem regarding to their words. When I was buying tickets, their website only asked me for my full name and my credit card credentials. And when I was calling them a week later to put my passport number on file, they announced that I might be denied in being admitted onboard, because my passport gets expired in 2,5 months after the travel date! The only thing they didn't check is my nationality, because there is a big difference in regulations regarding passports of different countries. So I was traveling from the US to my homeland. So regarding to my country's border control rules (and any country at all), a citizen must be admitted to their own country even with expired passport. So this Agency put so much frustration in me, that I was worried for the entire period of 2 months before my trip. And it was a complex trip, I was flying through Turkey and Kazakhstan. I didn't have any issue with my passport in any of those countries though. And I was admitted to my country without any problem.
This Agency looks very unprofessional to me, especially the way they make people buy additional features which are already included in the tickets.
Also they are located outside of the US. Once I dialed their hot line and someone answered right away as if I was calling a private number. So there wasn't any introduction menu like usually when you call a hot line.
I will never use any agencies again I will buy tickets directly from the airlines to save my own mental health.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
