Getting refund
November 4, 2021

I had hard time getting refund for tickets that was cancelled due to pandemic. Though the airline opened all the ticket for refund, the agent kept telling me that they hadn't received any information and they wanted me to call the airlines and get information for them. After much struggle when we got it refunded, only half the amount was returned to us. The airlines had clearly said that they are not charging any cancellation fee. So not a place to book a ticket at this uncertain times.
The agents are not customer friendly when it comes to refund. But when we call for booking the tickets, they are much friendlier.

A very sleazy company
June 9, 2022

First, they charge my credit card at a certain price for a ticket I purchased from them. Then, they call to tell me that the price they charge on my credit card is no longer valid and I have to pay a higher price. After agreeing with them with the new price, they charge my credit card for the new price without giving me credit for the first charge on my credit card.

Really good price point and Services

OOJO is super user friendly website and their support staff was very diligent and nice to talk to. They have really seamless UI and don't bombard you with information like others. The website is easy to navigate and get the best possible deals.

Quick and easy

Got to Oojo sight and it took less then 10 minutes to book the ticket and what was nice was to receive a call after after short time of booking to confirm the reservation. I highly recommend this travel site.

Booking was fast and CusSvc was fast, friendly and very helpful. I had a typo in one name, They fixed it right away. I stayed on line just about 5 minutes before getting an answer, compared to 20-30 minutes with others.

Good customer ethics

This is second time I am buying international air ticket from Oojo. Price has gone much up. Last year I paid almost $300 less for 2 adult people. No discount this time, dissapointed. I will be glad if Oojo can find some more discounts or opportunities to get dropped prices committing a reality. I request free seat-pickups for the long distance flights atleast so that we, elderly people can seat side by side. Thank you

Oojo is very professional in terms of dealing with customers and providing the options to choose the Flights available with best price.

Special thanks to Josh who provided me multiple flights options from different airports to get the best option i was looking.

Excellent customer service
September 15, 2023

The airline sent me a notice that a leg of my long international flight had been cancelled. I called the customer service line and withing 5 minutes was speaking to a live agent. Yurany kept me on the line the entire time, checked several flight options and answered all of my questions. She had me booked on a new flight within 15-20 minutes. I am very happy with how quickly and professionally this matter was handled.

Excellent, customer oriented and cost effective

GOOD PLACETO BUY TICKETS

Its my 4rth ticket that I am buying from you. I used to have the option to put my miles card but not any more. I used to be able to pick and choose the meals for diabetic or salt less meals. Not any more.
Can you please update your wed site to be able to do this things again?

Great customer service with helpgul representatives. Everything was clear and easy understand, booking process was fast and I paid less than I acually saw on the Oojo's website before calling. I booked my flight with Oojo and also bought protection service. Unfortunately i had to reschedule my flight as i was covid positive. They assured me that i can cancel tickets and it will be open for 1 year. Now when i am trying to book open tickets, they are asking ridiculous $500 extra for each ticket. This is total fraud and scam and a big nightmare. I have been trying to rebook my ticket for last 1 week without any result. Every agent is giving me different quote. Please do not waste time and money with thai company. I

Flight reschedule!

I just booked my flight 2 day ago me, my wife, and 2 kids for emergncy reason we try to reschedule for 10 day or 15 and they ask me to pay $ 130 each to the airlines and after 5 hours waiting they email me said i have to pay $ 977. Guys whats wrong with you, you charge more the airlines company for what?

Amazing

The customer service was the best i've ever had! Jonha was amazing! She was very polite so helpful. The process was very long with me having to call other airlines directly to get more information so that she can continue to help me. She also was very patient and responsive and called me back multiple times over a span of 2-3+ hours to make sure everything got completed. She very much went out of her way to help me today and I am very appreciative of that. Give her a raise please $$$! Again, thank you so much Jonha for your help!
