I have purchased from oo a number of times, and have been happy with every purchase, and when I have been asked "where did you get that?" I say oo " who?" they say, it's a great Australian website, with bargains and fast delivery, you should check it out I say.
I have ordered products through OO.com.au a number of times now, and have not had a bad experience.
The products have always been exactly as described and delivery has always been either on time or faster
They were ordered the same day. The toothbrush replacements were received on time but the watch was received very late, way past the estimated time. Worse, I received an-e-mail that it would arrive on 29 November but the date was already 12 Dec. This is a joke. This would never happen if it was me who was despatching them. They would have been packed in one parcel and both would have arrived on the same day. It is worse when it is a on line item. Speed would have to be the norm.

I have purchased multiple items from Oo.com.au. Everytime the items have been of the quality i expect and they have been delivered in a fast appropriate time frame. The items are at fantastic prices and the checkout procedure is safe and fast. I have recommended many of my family and friends to use this company.
The Biotherm products I got from oo.com.au are FAKE! The packaging the smell everything is totally different from the authentic Biotherm products. The price is so cheap that's because it's just fake. Tried to contact them via customer service. The phone was never answered and email never replied. Will report to consumer affairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have no brickbats, only bouquets, for Oo and its service. There is a fantastic range of products offered. Everything I have ordered has been safely delivered in a timely fashion. The flat shipping rate is amazingly cheap and I can track the progress through My Orders. The quality of the products is first rate and the savings have been phenomenal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oo to all my friends and family.
I purchased a number of bedding items for my grandsons 7th birthday on three weeks prior on 11th November. It's now December the 2nd and still no order. It has been sent twice to Vic to another address not the address I supplied on the order.
You pretty much ruined his birthday as it was his main presents.

Excellent service and so much faster delivery in comparison to a similiar internet shop. I order from both regularly and your. Oo. Com. Au swas delivered within the next week whereas the other shop takes so much longer... up to three weeks longer.
Unfortunately a part of the item I ordered was damaged in the box, I messaged you, you got back to me promptly, your staff member found me a replacement part and has been posted to me, so I'm very pleased with how helpful you were fixing it for me
I'm not a gadget person but this smartwatch is fantastic. I can read my sms's discretely in meetings. I listen to my music while I'm working, love it. Still discovering what else it is capable of but so far so good. No problem with connectivity. Have recommended to my friends also. Have also recommend website to my friends.
Was very unhappy with lack of customer service, took 2 months to get my good and when I eventually received the product it was broken... not a happy camper!

Great for a cheap online purchase site but don't count on anything going wrong. All you get is canned cut and paste text as replies and absolutely rubbish service

Great on-line store with LOADS of bargains. I've purchased a wide range of products from OO.com.au. Goods are always as described, speedy delivery and packed very well.
The delivery was quicker than expected however the chargers were missing. I contacted oo.com and they responded quickly but still waiting for outcome.
Kept me up to date with what was happening with my order. Have not received it yet, so cannot say much more
I ordered 3 watches from OO and it took at least 4 months to receive the watches eventually. I know patience is a virtue but the waiting time for my order was not acceptable
