For the very few times when the item received did not meet description or if delivery was delayed, oo.com.au tried to keep me happy by issuing a small credit for my next purchase or by fixing the order. Their response time to messages is also quite quick. Keep up the good work!
I was vary of this site but I read reviews and seemed legit. I bought an Xbox one Elite controller on 19th Jan and it's been 7 weeks and still have not received it. I get the same generic answer that it's awaiting delivery from warehouse but not ETA. They won't cancel my order and won't give me a refund. It's such a fraud, take the money and don't deliver.if I don't receive a refund I'll be contacting my bank and department of fair trading. Avoid this site by any means!
I ordered something from OO (*******) 9 days ago, yesterday I was advised it was never shipped. I was advised via an automated message my order would be shipped today and would take a further 7 days. I requested a refund which still has not been processed. No product - No refund - No Service = Scam

I bought a small quad bike which had a small defect once assembled and I had no problem requesting a return. I also ordered two round beach towels but the description was misleading and they were more like flimsy silk scarves when I opened the package. HOWEVER I HAD NO TROUBLE getting a return number/ label to send the items back for a refund. I have never had any problems with orders from Oo before and having to actually return items is a new experience for me and although I am yet to see the two credits come through on my credit card statement, it was a very simple process. Questions I sent through on the contact emails were answered immediately. I was even asked for a phone number in case they needed to speak to me.
Although disappointed with my purchases this time, the team at Oo were beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to buy from this site AND MAY I SAY their wines are usually exceptional value for money, with a good range and when available best quality.
My grandson squealed with delight when he unwrapped his ride on quad bike. Rechargeable battery lasted for hours which is a bonus when the little one doesn't want to stop playing.
I'm a huge fan of oo.com.au! Heaps of brands I love at super cheap prices and new sales added daily. Excellent customer service and shipping comes on time or earlier 90% of the time with items coming from all over the world which is awesome. Flat rate shipping is great too, especially when you buy big items that usually cost a fortune to ship! I recommend shopping there!
Mostly the experience is good, had a return once and found no complication, then one thing i ordered for christmas was out of stock, ordered something else instead and it wont arrive until after xmas but on the whole pretty good..

I've shopped with them numerous times over the years & had excellent service with the best prices every time. It's a trust & convenience thing now that just makes the whole process of shopping easy for me!

Product selection is still great with very good offers, delivery times are good and reliable.
Still getting used to the new web site and business model, where brands are not available all the time but promos come and go. I preferred the old site with clear categories rather than having to use the search function, also same products are listed under several links under the categories. It doesn't make them any more special to find the same product under two or three different promotions.
I am an extensive online shopper. Usually happy with OO and their delivery and range of items. However I was supplied the wrong item (girls value pack) instead of the boys one I ordered. I was told I would have an answer within 1-2 business days. 4 days later no update. Feeling frustrated. Wish there was a phone number I could call to get an update. I will send another email today.

I am new with oo and was very excited to place an order for my grandson for Xmas. I ordered a remote control car, and placing the order was very simple and a pleasurable experience. I was called by customer service to let me know that the car I ordered was out of stock, but they could offer me the bigger one for the same price. I received my package within the time frame expected. It was delivered and I was at work so the driver called me and asked me if I wanted to leave it with a neighbour which was very convenient. I then received an email confirming delivery. Great customer service all around and would not hesitate recommending my oo.com experience to anyone who shops online. I ordered a range of different items at one time, in hindsight the descriptions were so vague I received something different than what I thought I'd bought. Some items were much smaller, some were made from cheap, crappy materials and immediately fell apart; those ones were a complete waste of money. Other items were as I expected and I'm happy with those. I liked that the shipping was a flat $9.95 but didn't like that it took some items a lot longer to reach me than they were supposed to and I couldn't track the items until they'd reached Australia; at one point I thought a few items must have been stolen or lost in transit! I'm hesitant to purchase from this site again.

I bought an outdoor lounge and some candles. The candles did take a whole to arrive but the furniture was here pretty quickly. Didn't realise I had to pick it up myself from the post office, I thought being an item of size it would be delivered to the door. It was just lucky I knew someone with a big boot.
I have purchased many different products with Oo.com.au. Every order has been delivered on time, in perfect condition. As well, the product looks exactly as displayed on their website - no disappointments. The quality of the linen I have purchased has been top quality at prices cheaper than I would pay through Department stores.
Easy to order and quick response with confirmation. But not able to track or see where/when delivery is at. But products did turn up and very happy with purchase. Just need to be patience, allow several weeks for delivery
