I am new with oo and was very excited to place an order for my grandson for Xmas. I ordered a remote control car, and placing the order was very simple and a pleasurable experience. I was called by customer service to let me know that the car I ordered was out of stock, but they could offer me the bigger one for the same price. I received my package within the time frame expected. It was delivered and I was at work so the driver called me and asked me if I wanted to leave it with a neighbour which was very convenient. I then received an email confirming delivery. Great customer service all around and would not hesitate recommending my oo.com experience to anyone who shops online. I ordered a range of different items at one time, in hindsight the descriptions were so vague I received something different than what I thought I'd bought. Some items were much smaller, some were made from cheap, crappy materials and immediately fell apart; those ones were a complete waste of money. Other items were as I expected and I'm happy with those. I liked that the shipping was a flat $9.95 but didn't like that it took some items a lot longer to reach me than they were supposed to and I couldn't track the items until they'd reached Australia; at one point I thought a few items must have been stolen or lost in transit! I'm hesitant to purchase from this site again.

Arrived and was exactly what I ordered from the pictures
It was so much easier to shop online and have my purchases delivered. I didn't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of busy malls and frantic Christmas shoppers.
I bought a small quad bike which had a small defect once assembled and I had no problem requesting a return. I also ordered two round beach towels but the description was misleading and they were more like flimsy silk scarves when I opened the package. HOWEVER I HAD NO TROUBLE getting a return number/ label to send the items back for a refund. I have never had any problems with orders from Oo before and having to actually return items is a new experience for me and although I am yet to see the two credits come through on my credit card statement, it was a very simple process. Questions I sent through on the contact emails were answered immediately. I was even asked for a phone number in case they needed to speak to me.
Although disappointed with my purchases this time, the team at Oo were beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to buy from this site AND MAY I SAY their wines are usually exceptional value for money, with a good range and when available best quality.
I ordered 3 watches from OO and it took at least 4 months to receive the watches eventually. I know patience is a virtue but the waiting time for my order was not acceptable

This site has some awesome deals and is great that they bundle the shipping cost even thought th deleiveey comrs seperately. Am pleased with everything ordered so far.
Great for a cheap online purchase site but don't count on anything going wrong. All you get is canned cut and paste text as replies and absolutely rubbish service

And regarding the tracking issue you experienced, this is actually only relevant to our China warehouse and other international warehouses such as the US, Turkey and LA will track normally for the duration of its travels. You can check which country your parcel is being dispatched from on the listing itself, just under the ETA. (:
