I have enjoyed shopping with Oo.com for so long now, and never has there been any problems. I get excited every time I get an email from them. Some people do Facebook, I do Oo.com. For all that I have purchased, I could buy so much more if I had the money. I love everything they sell, and the timeline in which I receive my goods. Nothing is ever broken, and I have never had to send anything back. Best ever.

Advised 3 days after order (and 2 days after they took my money) that there was a problem with my order. Offered a refund or gift certificate which would be processed immediately. Almost a week and 4 form replies to my numerous requests and still no actual response. I would ring but their hours are the times when I am not available to call them. Now opened up a PayPal dispute because its hard not to be concerned about a site that promises immediate action... eventually.
I recently purchased a product from oo. I expected a week or at most 10 days for it to arrive. I have just found out after 1 week+ that oo are about to purchase from another company and dont expect to have it for another 9 days... estimated. Had this been mentioned on purchase they could have saved the respect and trust of my friends, my family and myself. Getting all of us back as customers will not be easy now
I am an extensive online shopper. Usually happy with OO and their delivery and range of items. However I was supplied the wrong item (girls value pack) instead of the boys one I ordered. I was told I would have an answer within 1-2 business days. 4 days later no update. Feeling frustrated. Wish there was a phone number I could call to get an update. I will send another email today.

I have bought numerous items from oo.com over many years. I placed 2 orders after they changed ownership. Disaster! One month later and the paid for goods have still not arrived (it took 2 to 3 days previously). Contact is useless. I am placing the matter in the hands of Fraud Control at my bank. I have also unsubscibed 25 times... Once the issue is resolved I will put a block on oo.com. No stars!

I ordered a range of different items at one time, in hindsight the descriptions were so vague I received something different than what I thought I'd bought. Some items were much smaller, some were made from cheap, crappy materials and immediately fell apart; those ones were a complete waste of money. Other items were as I expected and I'm happy with those. I liked that the shipping was a flat $9.95 but didn't like that it took some items a lot longer to reach me than they were supposed to and I couldn't track the items until they'd reached Australia; at one point I thought a few items must have been stolen or lost in transit! I'm hesitant to purchase from this site again.

I ordered 2 items as Christmas presents for my nieces, to be sent directly to them as they live in the country and I will not be seeing them at Christmas. I deliberately processed each item on a different order with the addressee on each one being the respective niece and 'Merry Christmas' so that each package could just be stored away until Christmas day and did not need to be opened and wrapped. I was disappointed to find that both items were sent in one package addressed only to one of my nieces.

I have purchased many items over the years from oo.com.au. I believe everything I have purchased has been good value for money. I have recently purchased sheet sets and a queen bed cover and pillow cases and am awaiting delivery but I know they will be well worth the wait. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending oo.com.au to anyone wanting to buy a quality item at a good price.
Purchasing the two products was a very easy process. I did however find it a little strange that the items arrived separately even though they were purchased together. The little fingernail embellishments didn't all arrive intact sadly, they would have been better off wrapped up in the hoodie I purchased at the same time as a buffer because we all know how rough the posties are!
I was happy with my first experience till the product arrived and it was faulty. I don't have the time to go shopping so I saw this as an ideal solution however when the product arrived it was faulty. I was offered a refund but I just do not have the time to send items back so I opted for a discount. I think a full refund should have been offered. I'd like to put this experience behind me and hope my other items on order are not faulty.

I have bought many things from oo.com from toys to mattresses and furniture and I have never been disappointed! The prices are fantastic and the delivery is either free or cheap and the goods arrive on time, if not before due date! Have recommended the site to many people!
I returned damaged goods 11/1/16, there is no more direct email contact, just log in box for messages. They keep asking for the same details about return, and no refund just "I am checking your..." will NEVER use any of Mysale group of online shopping again
